Design of the room, its establishment, as well as the space, are all good. Airconditioner works well. The furniture is good, bedsheets and towels clean, bathroom is great (although the water never gets really hot). Kitchen in okay, quite convenient. The swimming pool is fine.

Staff is really trying to do its best to satisfy clients, but it is very difficult as they are overwhelmed by the volume of work. I would recommend putting more people at the reception desk. No taxi call service is organized, so one should rely on a good luck catching the cab on the street. The housekeepers must be trained better - sometimes they do their job during the night, creating a lot of noise in the corridor, speaking loudly and moving and crashing their trolleys, so it makes it difficult to rest. The restaurant is very poor - no any diversity of food, everyday the same menu for breakfast and lunch. Not clean, no enough sits and glasses etc. The location is not good for leisure: noisy street with so many gastarbeiters sitting along the road. All day long you hear the airplanes as the airport seems to be nearby. Windows are not sound-proof. The spa personnel misunderstands its role I believe. When I asked for massage, I was instead offered to chose a girl!... This is shocking. It crashed down the reputation of hotel dramatically. I will never be back anymore.

Dirty walls in the room (mushroom growing next to the kitchen, refrigorator did not work at all!), ther was a burned out water cooker with European wallplug?????, Frontdesk staff was cranky and unwilling except for (I guess) the manager. Location was my choice so no comment. But I was advized by my customers (Locasl), never to book here again because of the neighberhood!!!

Half of the room equipment was either broken of missing. Dirt and vermin, I have been beaten all over my body.
