the quality of service and rooms were good the hotel was located too far from center of the city and all other places. I had to change the hotel because of location and I will not recommand it to anyone else. |

it was a peaceful and relaxing stay and service was very good i didnt like that upon checking out I paid in cash the difference and then upon checking my bank statement they also charge my account . |

1. staff is very friendly. 2. location of the hotel was near several outings + mall of the emirates. 3. room was perfect & hotel provided king size bed as I requested. complimantry tea, coffee & water. 4. shuttle is available to take me to mall of the emirates. 5.the night club that people complained about on this website is now closed for good. 1. the only disadvantage is although there are 4 mirrors, the lighting in front of it is not appropriate to apply makeup. 2. the way back from the mall of the emirates is not 100% ready for pedestrians , even though I tried it once and it was ok. |

It's the nature of Dubai but there was so much construction withing 100 feet of the hotel that it was impossible to find by some taxi drivers. |

Avoid like the plague. In the middle of a building site. Constant construction noise. No road or path just a packed down desert track. Rain caused it to be a sandy mud bath. "Club" goes on until 3 a.m., thumping noise from the club meant no sleep. Room small, carpet stained and old. Said I could change room. Why put me in a noisy room in the first place?.Booked 6 nights, stayed one. |

Nice hotel, reception staff was very nice and polite. The room's door lock was not locking properly, this was fixed promptly upon notification. The hotel suffers from on-going construction activity in the nearby area, but is a very nice hotel. Good location (short taxi drive to Jumeirah area with the famous hotels and the Jumeirah Palm), the Emirates Mall is a 10 minutes walk away. |

Very helpful staff, good to have bar in hotel Contruction work in and arround hotel but I guess that's Dubai. Had to wait long for a taxi |
