There is not anything new it's just for sleeping

.Parking lots were not close to the hotel entrance * .Reception is weak it does not become standard of the hotel* When leaving the hotel I take more than half an hour to finish the check .out In the future will not come back to this hotel again*

Being close to Dubai Metro and Mall of the Emirates

Rate is too high compared to the services and facilites and neighbouring hotels. Room was noisy. Breakfast was awful.

The room was clean and big , bathrooms was clean .

Breakfast was not included in the room price and was per person not per room and was expensive. Wifi was not free of charge and expensive.

No wifi in rooms, even though it states it in your website.

Only the food tate was fine

I could not set the a/c or even switch it off, it was a very bad night & my back is still aching form it. I asked assistance but who I asked could not do anything for that issue. The selection of food & taste for the breakfast was very poor compared to the price I have paid. The room is not though big is not well designed so many walls & corners you feel very tight in the chest & just want to go out. I have stayed a few nights before in hotels that are much cheaper & was excellenet.

الاستقبال سيئ جدا والموظفين لايوجد لديهم خبرة موقع الفندق غير مناسب وصعب الوصول له لايناسب من يبحث عن الراحه والاستجمام ازعاج الديسكو حتى في الغرفه لايوجد لوبي خدمة صف السيارات لايجيدون القياده حيث قالو اخدم نفسك لايوجد لدينا سائق الرائحة كريهه

المعامله الحسنه من قبل الموظفين نظافة الغرف السعر

الحمام غير نظيف بتاتاً وممتلئ بالصراصير والغرفة كذلك والسعر عالي بالنسبة لمستوى الفندق

الغرف مريحة من حيث النظافة و الترتيب

الموقع وسعر الغرفة ونظام خدمة صف السيارة

1.Price is too high compared to accommodation better than this Hotel. 2.Bad deal from reception stuff. 3.Service is very bad compared to the room value. 4.You must pay an amount of 100 AED per 24 hours or 50 AED/ hour for the Internet,While most hotels in the same category are considered free. 5.When you arrive to the hotel and you want to cancel the remainder of the book, and that you have a free cancelation, hotel will deduct full amount for all yours booking , which force you to stay with them. 6.Hotel in all honesty doesn't stand for anything comparing with others hotel in the same level.
