It location. Very centrally located. They have very limited choice of cuisines in restaurant. No bar facility and every morning breakfast is same w/o any variation or choice. |

Room was spacious, though not big. Central located easy to find. Bathroom was clean and spacious. No bar with alcohol and no mini-bar. |

None I had a very bad experience, I will never stay it the Golden Tulip again in my life and I will never recommend it to my friends: 1. I asked for a hotel transportation from Abu Dhabi Airport to the hotel by two ways, email and a phone call, I've included my flight itinerary and reconfirmed by second phone call and to post my name at the arrival terminal and they have confirm that. |

It is unacceptable that the hotel is blocking an ammount on the credit card (more than the cost of the stay) during the check-in. When I was check-out I was told that the extra amount will be free to me credit card within 15 days!!! |

It was centrally located, and a good price. The kettle in the room was very useful. The staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel does not serve alcohol with room service. Not a problem for me, but for some people it could be a drawback. |
