I am always prefere this hotel, because very friendly staff andvery comfortable stay. Keep it up.

The package we booked included everything (Internet, breakfast). All included was still great price for the location. We were within walking distance of many restaurants and the Cornish and the taxi was quick to other attractions.

The gym was ok but nothing to brag about. It had most of what you needed but could have been better. I had the A/C off the entire 5 days I stayed and it still seemed cold in the room even though it was 35C outside!

Nice rooms. Good in room facilities. Excellent down town location.

Hotel is dry which is strange in this part of town. Hotel parking not available but paid underground parking is nearby.

Breakfast menu OK.

Rooms of 2 adults should have 2 sets of items say bath lobs,towers 2 suit the guests and bath sandles

Pests in the room, I saw a bed bag in the shower room

Front office staff were dim and unhelpful Long wait for the lifts sometimes Very basic breakfast with tour busses coming in sometimes around 7 to 7:30 and filling the place

Location, price, free wireless broadband, friendly and helpful staff, and I got allocated a room quite quickly even though I arrived early.

The beds are too hard. No face wash cloths in the bathroom The refridgerator was not very cold.

Laundry tariff is exaggerated ,

The hotel is close to the corniche and all the attractions are a short distance away. The rooms were comfortable and everything what you expect from a 4* hotel.

The parking facilities were not great. There were underground parking spaces and they were quite tight. Also, the parking in front of the hotel required a resident permit and if you did not have one, you would be fined.

If there is a chance to make a deal with the hotel as I need to have a hotel during my working rotation every three weeks
