I have stayed only two nights so I did not test all the hotel facilities however the breakfast was good also the room was very clean and the room service was very good. The tv programs are very limited and I would prefer if the tv -programs includes more channles like art or orbit |

The complimentary fruits and coffee and breakfast also nothing... we feel comfortable and we wish ur timing is more that 12 hrs stay |

The staff knew me, from prior stays, and were very nice and were very helpful during my stay. Yes, When, I order in room services, I would like to get what I ordered, or asked for specifically, this is an on-going issue. Also, I had problems with the internet, and it took well over an hour not to fix the problem but !! to get back to me, after severals and being charged for un=use time. |

The hotel has the best staff that I've encountered in Abu Dhabi. I have stayed at a few hotels before including international 5 star chain hotels. All the staff that I encountered (from check-in to the restaurant) had a smile on their face and was very attentivive. Abid at the front counter deserve a special mention. |

Because of the couple of problems reported they reconsider the room rate and made me a discount. In the same day the reception did not activate the wake up call as requested. Once arrived in the hotel after my meetings (3.00pm) house keeping was not made yet. |

It is comfortable, clean, and has very nice bathrooms. TV quality (broadcasting), the restaurant service is so unprofissional, and you have to wait sometime for the elevators. |

Ambience, peace and so quiet. The room was so clean. I didn't expect the ammenities that the room had. Staff were all accommodating and cheerful when doing their job. I will surely come back in this hotel |
