The hotel was very near the shopping area. Very close to the main road. Staff were freindly. They were willing to extend the check out time without extra charges. |

The hotel is centrally located within the city, hence quiet accecisble. The main drawback is that there are no parking facility for the hotel as well as the development bieng very old. |

The view from the room to the city and location was good The staff at the reception could require more training. I was downstairs at the checkout desk and the staff ask for my room number and then started talking another customer while I was been staff. The customer had to ask him to finished dealing with me first - That in my opinion is not customer services when I was paying nearly 500Drms a night for a 2/3 star hotel.. Just my 2 cents worth. Would I be staying there again? |

I had a nice, clean and big room, better than Sheraton. I enjoyed an amply breakfast. The hotel location is good, close to Corniche Street and Hamdan Street. |

The Staff, especially the Transportation Services counter, rooms were clean Construction - had to change rooms. Why put someone directly under day long construction in the first place - especially with other rooms available? |

Services usually provided in any similar hotel were very good No parking area for the hotel or parking valet service. Soft drinks offered in the room were so expensive (compared to other hotels). Breakfast room was small with narrow variety of options. |
