Fantastic standard of the room really modern and spacious - and this was a suite - it outclasses many hotels in size and comfort and equipment. |

Location was perfect for my golf weekend; the suite fitted out with kitchen helped to keep costs down; i was able to access secure parking; I was on the 21st floor! I found the hotel first time this week! Reception staff still give the impression of organised chaos! However - once booked in I quickly realise the room is why I stay there - and that is excellent |

We enjoyed our stay on the Hotel. The room is bid and clean. The hotel has good location. There is one problem is that main door you can’t access through the car because there are construction because the metro on front of the Hotel so you have to go from back street. |

The design of the rooms and hotel location. I didn't like the monitoring system for checking in which delaying the guests receiving their rooms on time. Also I didn't satisfy with the rooms housekeeping, matress covers and towels smell. |

The lay out and space provided, the decor and ambiance, the fact that everything that you need is in one place. Must be ok as I am returning on 27th to 29th Nov whilst playing golf in Dubai The front desk staff are the face of the hotel - their attitude gives the traveller a good idea about how the staff are going to treat them. The staff I met were just ok but gave the impression that chaos reigned behind the counter. Couldn't find the booking; no change small enough to pay me the difference between bill and cash note paid, the main thing however is trying to find the hotel there are no signs anywhere on the streets. You need signage! Lots of Personal Development required in understanding customer requirements - especially a smiley face helps! |

The location is good if you are planning to visit dic, Media City, or Knowledge Village. The room furniture and finishing is good. Forget about the Staff. I stayed for one week, and after 2 days, I decided to think as if there is no staff. The room rate is good, but the extra's are expensive. For example, 1 hour of internet access (using your laptop) costs 20 DHs/5.5 Usd, 1 large bottle of water costs 15 DHs/4 usd |
