Good location near to metro station(still not open),underground car park,polite staff,although we(3 families)arrived earlier(before 1400hr)they allowed us in. There was no fruit busket complement in the apptmnt.Tea bags & coffee(complement)would do also. |

A very comfortable room, staff very helpful, lovely large room The pool did not get any sun. The noise from the traffic outside our bedroom as the patio door lock did not work and was not repaired during our stay. |

Nice rooms, well appointed: value for money. Decent food for really good price. It is a business hotel in a business zone but it is close to Madinat Jumeirah and Burj al Arab, as well you can reach Marina or the Dubai Creek in few minutes by car o taxi. So I would reccomend also for leisure even if not on the beach. If you have a room faced on the highway there is some noise even at high floors. The staff is not well prepared. Even if I writed 2 emails(without any answer) before the departure and I called them the day before my arrival for advise my late check in, it was 1:00 in the night and they was refusing giving me my room. They were telling me it was full. I had to insist and magically the room came out. Finally the entrance: ok there are some works in progress but at least a sign for the temporary entrance should be something mandatory for a high level hotel: you have to enter from the parking. |

Its 10-15 min to mall of dubai and emirates mall,,the apartment in general was good , bathroom , bed , and its clean The staff were very rude ! they charged me for things taken from he mini bar , though I told the I didn't take anything , I was out all day long !!! and they saw me getting upset about it and they did nothing !!! and after all that I paid what I shouldn't pay, they called me a lire in un- direct way ... no taxi knew the hotel location ,, we got lost many times... Its noisy we were on the 17th flor and yet it was noisy we waitid for 1 hour and 45 min to get the room and they didnt offer us anything not even water !! I should mention that we were on time fot the check in .. at 12 pm and we didnt get the room till 2 |

Room was nice, beds comfortable The service is poor. Shocking actually. There is no complimentary coffee/tea in the rooms, or the standard 2 bottles of complimentary water. When I asked why, I was inforrmed that it was not a hotel but hotel apartements, which is irrelevant, as I have stayed in many hotel apartments, and have gotten complimentary tea/coffee. Had a do not disturb sign on door, which was ignored and the door bell rang. |

great location,modern designs,wide spacious well furnished rooms best value for money cooperative staff poor cleanliness of rooms,bed sheets and linen were not replaced during our 7 days stay except once,bad pluming in some of the bathrooms. due to its location away from the airport there should be a complimentary shuttle bus. |
