Inglês 1 - The location of the Hotel and the physical structure of the apartment is very good, despite having a washing machine, did not have a place or equipment for drying clothes. 2 - The employees restaurant were attentive and the breakfast was very good. Português 1 - A localização do Hotel e a estrutura física do apartamento é muito boa, apesar de ter uma máquina de lavar, não tinha um lugar ou equipamento para secar as roupas. 2- Os funcionários do restaurante foram atenciosos e o café da manhã foi muito bom.

Inglês 1 - I do not recommend the hotel to anyone who needs Visa, Visa requested and paid more than 1 month before and the day of my trip was not ready, I was almost prevented from boarding the airline. The clerk of the hotel, named Marie lou demonstrated irresponsibility and incompetence in the acquisition of my visa, just getting when I arrived in the city of Dubai, after I sent several e-mail to the Marie Lou and the Hotel, for very little, not spoiled my Trip 2 - Check-in and check- out very messy and they gave preference to guests of the Arab Emirates and costumes of the country, if you are from another country, do not recommend. Português 1- Não recomendo o Hotel para quem precisa de Visto, pedi e paguei o Visto de Chegada com mais de 1 mês de antecedência e no dia da minha viagem não estava pronto, quase fui impedido de embarcar na Companhia aérea. A funcionária do Hotel, chamada Marie lou, demonstrou irresponsabilidade e incopetência na aquisição do meu Visto, só conseguindo quando cheguei na cidade de Dubai, após eu enviar vários e-mail para a Marie Lou e para o Hotel, por muito pouco, não estragou minha viagem 2- O check-in e check-out muito bagunçado e davam preferência para os hóspedes dos Emirados Árabes e com roupas típicas do país, se você for de outro país, não recomendo.

The one bedroom apartment was well furnished and had a great view of the Persian Gulf

We asked for a late check-out and they offered only until 3 pm after which there would be a 50% charge. We accepted but when we checked-out we found that they had charged us for breakfast for the next day plus 20% tax and service as well as 50% of the room rate. Their first explanation was that the room rate included breakfast. When I pointed out that it did not, they offered to go and check with accounts to see if something could be done about it. I did not have time to wait for what appeared to be an inefficient administration to respond. Generally the administration is not customer friendly I would not stay there again. If I do stay there again I would make sure I check everything several times to keep them honest.

Important to have a dsl access in rooms free

Suite was quite spacious, good value. Request a seaside room as traffic noise is ever present. Breakfast buffet was less than expected. Excellent access to the Metro which is the best way to travel within the city.

the room was big and it was supposed to be a studio with well equipeed kitchen and washing machine, however, I got a corner studio in which the bedroom was seperate from the living room and the kitchen (it was between a stodio and a one bedroom appartment) but I paid for a stodio. The room was very clean and the furniture was very good and in very good condition. The staff were also helpfull and freindly.

I like the size of the studio and the bed was comfortable , the bathroom was clean and the water power in the shower was v good , the chick in was quick and easy and I want to say that the general manager mr\ Edward was helpful and kind , Thank u

The bathroom was small , no welcoming water and some times you can hear noise from the others rooms , no bar or lounge

When we arrived, the receptionist tried to move us to another hotel I.E. Grand Midwest at Discovery Gardens saying that the 15th floor where our room was allotted is fully wet due to plumbing problems. I think they did this intentionally so that they could fetch a heftier price for new customers at 2000 aed as against the price we paid (much less due to advance booking). I felt this strongly because when I asked them to check the 'problem' floor, they refused and after using considerable tact, they 'magically' managed to get the problem solved (which they earlier said would get solved only in the next 3-4 days).

The apartments were fairly big and well equipped and the hotel was very accessible through metro. Also the porters and housekeeping staff are very friendly.

Staff at the check-in are extremely slow and non-professional!. I made a booking for myself and 4 other families - and while I got the higher priced, supposedly higher level room, all the rooms were more or less identical! So I felt cheated!.

I am very upset from the service, when I arrived the hotel told that their is no any reservation under my name but frankly I have paid the full amount by credit card from your website.
