Courteous and friendly staff, Proximity to Mall of the Emirates and Metro As this is central Duabi, the hotel currently has construction to both sides although noise was not an issue. |

As promised in the offer, the breakfast was not included in the room rate. I checked with the receptionist, she was searching many documents on her table with no proper explanation for the problem. |

The staff were helpful and responsive, the room service is fast and efficient, the breakfast was ok, although it might use more verities, the room was speciousness, it was really a value for money, close to emirates mall, the over all experience was great, it was a 4 star hotel experience although it was 3 stars. the constructions near the hotel , that’s all |

I dont understand how now days a hotel can charge to the clients internet ,for a hotel to put one line for clients fast speed will not be more than 600 dirhams, and worst charge that price 25 dir.per hour or 75 per 24 hours running time once started but the worst af all is that it doesnt work !!!!!!!!!!!!!! or doesnt work propely |

The hotel was nice and clean. The room was spacious and the interiors were good. It is a new hotel and ofcourse you can expirience a warm welcome from the staff over there. There is an Indian restaurant in the hotel and the food is average. It is pretty close to Mall of Emirates, trust me first day we walked. But the distance from Hotel to Mall of Emirates there is construction going on everywhere. If you are looking for budget then this may be a good option The worst is the Hotel Address. Trust me no one in the world coming to Dubai for the first time can locate the hotel. The hotel address states 'Behind Mall of Emirates'. But behind Mall of Emirates there are 500 buildings, where are you going to locate Grandeur ? 'Behind Mall of Emirates' can be a landmark, but they should give proper address, its completely misleading. We never got a chance to open the curtains as all the sides of the hotel there is construction going on everywhere. Another thing I noticed, I tried to call International number from the hotel. The charges are tooooooooooo high trust me. I was charged 34AED for like 1 min. I am not sure if this is everywhere in Dubai ? |

room is clean and pleasant with modern facilities, Our room is deluxe but size seems standard , no complementary basic mineral water, no coffee making facility, no comfortable seating area.Construction going on all sides of the hotel - noisy , boring outside view , hotel just at road side, no green available. |

I liked the room, its spacious and very comfortable. Furniture is quite nice and trendy. I think it is very convenient, and has value for money. We stayed for 4 nights; when we first checked in, the room was very clean and tidey. However, the cleanliness of the room wasn't as good as it was on the first night... I think they need to monitor their house-keeping standards.. But everything else was great! :) |

very convenient location to the Mall of the Emirates, Marina and Jumeirah Beach Road There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. This is unusual, and not welcoming after a long flight. It should be common practice. |

The staff at reception were very helpful and the room was comfortable. My husband valued the valet parking - you did not have to worry about your car being safe. I also enjoyed the buffet breakfast we had. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. It would have been nice to have a kettle and coffee/tea in the room and complementary mineral water. |

We returned to the Grandeur and were immediately warmly welcomed by all the staff we encountered. The rooms are good size and well decorated & furnished. Close to the Mall of the Emirates and the hotel location is known to all the taxi drivers. Overall a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, we shall be happy to return again and would recommend to others. Best regards, Guy |
