right from the check in to check out the experience was amazing!!!! the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and wentr out of their way to make our stay absolutely comfortable, the hotel itself was really nice and very well located with tons of restaurants just down... the pool area was very nice and so was the spa area, i would totally stay here again and its worth every penny .. one of the best hotels i have stayed in so far

Sometimes it was hard to understand the spoken English of the personnel. Some services inconsistency (for example, not providing fruits every day, if we had the DND sign on the door)

If I have to say something I should say the breakfast price, but would also add it was very complete (by the way). Everything else is definetly good and recomended.

Fantastic hotel, very big room (and bathroom!!), clean and completely furnished! Perfect position in a fashion area (Marina Dubai), full of pubs and restaurants. The hotel is not directly on the beach but you have to take one bus (3 minutes) to go to The Royal Meridien beach (the bus leaves every 10 minutes). The hotel is 25 minutes by taxi from the Airport, 20 from Old Dubai, 15 from Burj Khalifa and 10 from Burj Al Araba.

All perfect, maybe some little noise from the buldings under construction near the hotel but really not a problem.

This is a high quality 5 star experience. Facilities - especially free shuttle to partner hotel's beach and pools - are first rate. Staff were excellent throughout, but especially front desk.

It is very expensive - you have been warned!

Everything at this hotel was superb, from the staff to the rooms, to the heavenly bed, and the food. The best hotel to stay in Dubai, the staff treats you like royalty. A very big THANK YOU to Mr. Sunil for making our stay wonderful.

Great location. Access to 2 other hotel facilities. Friendly and helpfull staff. Rooms were well appointed with great view.

Excessive Cost of food and drinks eg cuppochino in lobby = a$8!!!

Everything was impeccable! The staff went out of their way to serve us, they all were super obliging without being annoying. The room service was also excellent: all shiny clean,Bulgari bath products, finest bed linen,the room service was also coming at the afternoon to leave roses on the bed and additional Bulgari products (lip balm, hand cream etc). Location perfect, at the marina. The shuttle to the beach was coming and going every 10 minutes. We never had to wait -if at all- more than two three minutes. I could not recommend enough this hotel. We will come back!

Loved the clean facility, friendly staff and location. It all worked well for me. I also loved the executive lounge on the 5th floor of tower 2. Again, excellent all around.
