The pool spa and gym were very good so was the beach the thai restaurant is excellent but other restaurants way to expensive. I object strongly to the hotel changing money at the rate of 4.6 drh per eoro when official rate is 5.5 !!!!! that is a rip off of your guests and there is no excuse for it. Free access to interenet should be provided for guests. |

The Location, pools, Landscape, beach were perfect. I like the shisha area and shisha it self was so good. The desk staff need to be more friendly and profissional, the are little agrissave. The parties was so noisy and it stay up to 1 am. |

The view, overlooking the Persian Gulf and the Dubai skyline, made us decide to stay. Hotel staff was rude, inconvenient, unaccommodating and above all thought that they had the right to do whatever they pleased. Charging $10 a minute to call the US in the hotel lobby, originally putting us in a two-star room instead of a five-star, calling us 20 minutes late for our wake up call and taking an hr with repeated phone calls to the operator to have them bring ice to our room are examples of the poor service this hotel provided us. |

The club room access to the lounge with complimentary high tea and evening snacks and alcohol included......served by pleasant professional staff Beach loungers and parasols very worn. Reception needs a separate club counter and separate check in as became very busy at times. |

The rooms were clean and of a decent size. The pool and beach attendants were extremely helpful and courteous. The Grand Grill is a fantastic restaurant, especially for steak fans. Excellent service and the quality of the food and portion sizes is brilliant. Where do I start. Extremely rude and slow reception staff, who have absolutely no manners wahtsoever. Room was not ready on time. Towel attendants must be ex-military as it takes at least four people to man the desk, they will only give you one towel and you have to sign your life away to get it! Pool area extremely dirty and in need of refurbishment. Beach sunbeds old and run down. They are meant to be white plastic but infact are a shade of grey. And the beach is a marathon away from the hotel..... A nightclub is in action over the weekend so forget about any sleep until at least 2am. If your room faces the horizon pool area where the nightclub is situated you may aswell join the party. Breakfast area poor and mayhem. No pork either...... |

Room was clean and comfortable, with excellent facilities; Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly in the Club Lounge. Requests to room service and laundry were also dealt with very efficiently. The spa treatments were great. The noise from the bar in the evenings was unacceptable and other guests were complaining too!! I was moved to a higher floor on the night I arrived, but then had to make several phone calls to get the music level turned down because it just got louder. On the 3rd night it was unbearable again, however, I could not reach anyone by phone to deal with it! I phoned for the duty manager, but was just put through to the bar!!! Also, the website says that all rooms are either sea or garden view. My view was of a construction site! |

The attitude of the staff at the beach was good only. Money pinching for little things which should not be necessary for a 5 to 6 star hotel and also lobby service very slow and last check in and checking out of the hotel is very poor. You will be waiting for almost 4 hours just to check In into your room. God help you. |

Fantastic staff and hotel- Could not do enough to help you! Plesent surroundings and close to everything. View of the Burj Al Arab from our rooms was awsome! Next to the beach is a building site (but screened off and not noisey) |

Amenities were very good with direct access to the beach and helpful friendly staff. Varied F&B offerings to cater to all tastes, Internet charges a little high ( 50 per hour ). |
