We arrived at noon and it was no problem to checkin rightaway (instead of 1400). I requested by email a room on the 7th floor and got it. No noise heard during my stay from Indian and Filipino Discos on the 1st floor. Room were neatly cleaned daily. Location next to busstop (Falcon Section Stop) also close to Metro station (Greenline) Al Ghubaiba Station and close to big Carrefour Hypermarket. Couple of Indian restaurants and fast-foodshops als closeby. On rooftop, nice swimmingpool and jacuzzi. Couple (5) deckchairs to sunbath and about 6 tables with chairs to relax. Topfloor has a gym as well. All Staff very helpfull. Conclusion: good price/value.

Swimming pool on rooftop was not heated, so water a tat cold.

Noise from the housekeeper , they cleaned at 7 am ازعاج من عمالة التنظيف والوقت كان غير مناسب الساعة 7 صباحا

Despite calling the hotel two days before and the same day we were not given room on higher floor. We had mentioned the same on the booking as well. The noise was too high on second floor till 3 am. The male receptionist needs to be given some training on how to speak with the guest. This was our second time and we will still choose to stay with the same hotel because of the cleanliness. The bell boy was helpful.

The male receptionist was too rude. He does not know how to speak. When I asked him for the room on the higher floor and told him that I called reservation department for the same requests he said that it does not matter. He does not have rooms on higher floor and he can not help.

The rooms were a high standard and cleaned every day! Hotel staff really helpful and friendly! Rooftop swimming pool and jacuzzi is not the biggest but all you need!! Bus stop right outside the hotel which can take you to the metro station which takes you to all the best parts of Dubai! Will definately be staying here again!

The pub in the hotel was quite noisy, i was staying on the 4th floor and it could just be heard!

Noise free clean rooms, with a good view of the sea front. Value for Money buffet breakfast.

No one was aware of the hotel including the friendly taxi drivers. It seems the hotel was earlier called as Hotel Highlands. Staff could be more friendly.

Good front office staff. Request quiet room away from nightclub noise. Indian breakfast

Everything was good/excellent

The parking which was extremely cramped and dangerous for big cars like Jeep Grand Cherokee... If I dont stay in this hotel again it will be only because of the parking....

Reception quality service, travel agency no credit card, breakfast place dirty, basic, toaster broke, coffee machine, very noised,

Meets new friends,having nice and tasty foods, not to forget good hospitality....insyalah will brings my families later during their visit in U.A.E.

Room is clean and at reasonable price during my stay.

I found cockroaches in the room.Then I killed it using book.lol.pillow and matress was a little bit hard.Towels look old.Very small parking space.However,they have people to park our car.Noisy sound from the disco at level 1.I still can hear it even I stay in level 3 up to 3am okay.Many chicks in the disco where they can entertain us.wow.. Remember,internet is 10dirham/hour.Thumb up this..lol

Good hotel for this price, and I got a special park for my car.
