the Hotel is very modern, very clean, very comfortable and nice staff ,Breakfast had an excellent choice for westerners (ie pork bacon ,pork ham ,pork sausages etcetera )and was 'geared up" for western tastes as most Dubai hotels are geared for Asians |

Location on the creek with a rooftop pool/bar, is excellent for an early evening drink whilst watching activity on the creek. Very convenient having in house Gordon Ramsey restaurants. Executive rooms were a good size and well appointed. Staff were very unhelpful at check-in and afterwards when we were unwell after a visit to the restaurant. I have subsequently written, but the fact that this was not even acknowledged is symptomatic of the staff approach. An executive room in this standard of hotel should have free internet connection, as at Starwood Hotels. |

Very good in all respects except the level of room booked did not match the room I received. I do not believe that I got the level of room that I booked. In addition I am a gold Hilton Honors member and did not receive the upgrade from the level of room I booked. |

The design of the hotel and the bedrooms is original and interesting/pleasing to the eye. Very good food available for all budgets. The inclusive breakfast was excellent; the best we've had in Dubai so far. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The deluxe room was excellent. The pool was a nice spot to relax and cope with the heat of Dubai. |

My room was exactly beside the elevator which is very noisy and when I asked for change, one guy at the reception upgraded me to better one. The lady at the reception was not so cooperative when I asked for late checkout. In addition, I needed to take a shower before I checkout but there was no hot water and they told me the central heater is under maintenance and will be ready after half an hour. |

It was close to the airport and easy to get to the old city. The complementary bus to the Jeremiah Hilton Dubai hotel was great also allowing us to easily get to the warm waters of the Arabian Gulf. |

Rooms are vey nice and good for working. Breakfast buffet is nice and overall the staff is very friendly and attentive. It is a good hotel for the short business trip. The gym is more for show than use. The place lack a nice place to have a drink or coffee. |

Good location except for the absence of nearby restaurants. Attentive staff. Clean, spacious quiet room. Pool and fitness center were good. Views from the roof are excellent. Relatively close to the airport and the Dubai Creek wharf area. The price kept fluctuating as the date got closer. I had to keep rebooking until I got the lowest price for the room I wanted, otherwise I would have classified the room as being too expensive. |

free drinks and snacks at the bar during happy hour (6 pm to 8 pm) if you book an executive club room -- every day during cleaning there was "towel art" on the bed, pretty funny stuff -- very friendly hotel staff internet in the room is expensive and slow (you're better off using the free internet in the executive lounge) |

It fits into my trip budget. The hotel is close to the airport and centrally located. The pool side is fairly limited with only a dozen of sunbeds. We wanted to have a lunch at the hotel but we found the assortment in the restaurant fairly expensive verusus rather average offering. |

It met our requirements perfectly, we had a long transfer between flights and gave us the opportunity to have a good night's sleep before the next leg of our journey. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful. Our room was exemplary and the lunch we had was of very good quality. |

I like the room design nice and modern the CRT television are very out dated, HITV system not working at all during our stay. Remote Control is barely usable and all text on buttons are erased. |
