Everything,,, staff deserve 5 stars.. Hotel was very clean, location is fantastic, I highly recommend this excellent hotel.... One negative point as it was stated in booking.com that -internet is free- actually it isn't : you have to pay for it in room even at lobby.

Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Resort and Spa is an excellent facility which unfortunately is severely let down by poor service levels. Newer staff members have a very poor understanding of basic guest needs and often struggle with basic English. Simple requests such as an early check in and use of a locker are confusing to the reception and beach club staff. Bizarrely two out of three beach bars do not serve food, the staff greeting at the latter consisted of Fillpino? Rather than hello, welcome etc. The waiter was not trained how to politely ask our nationality (which is British/US incidentally!). A letter was left outside our room with a hair attached, I complained to the nearby housekeeping staff but didn’t receive an apology or feedback. Our meal at the other RAK City Hilton was very good if a little pricy (we had to pay for a taxi because the shuttle service was not running). Again unfortunately a good meal was marred by poor service levels, it took the staff 40 minutes to organise our bill, in which time they managed to block my debit card. I’d like to suggest that we were simply unlucky but I hear from friends in RAK that service levels have been poor for some time. It’s a real shame, 5 star hotel with 2 star customer service experience.

The Hotel enjoys a good location and the staff were always kind and helpful. The bedroom and bathroom lighting were poor and overall the room felt in need of some serious inspiration, new updating of design and decor. Overall the room looked and felt very tired. While lying on the beach it was particularly annoying to have the constant roaring noises of two jet skis going up and down which seriously interrupted any chance of a quiet time. This has to be sorted out. The food at the breakfast bar at the end of the beach was uninspired and not what one expects from a 5 Star Hotel. Poor choice of fresh fruit and processed cheese and cold meats is also sub-standard.

Prompt golf buggies to drive you around. Kids slide was great at kids paradise/kids club. Beach was lovely and well designed. The surprise birthday for my 6 year old son - many thanks. The pools were fantastic. Paper serviettes at Breakfast main restaurant, should be cloth. Hotel tried to book us into a non-beach view when we booked and paid for beach view villa. Lack of information at check in. Where to go for breakfast, map of facilities. The hotel should provide disposable flip flops for walking around as many of the paths do not have heat disapating type paving blocks. Not enough lounge/beach chairs and some of the condition of the sofa cushions were quite old, some with specks of guano.

I have stayed at this hotel before, however, had to admit that this time around everything was just "perfect". My kids loved it, the staff is super friendly the service is above average. Will recommend people try it once, they will come back again for sure.

lovely rooms-very comfortable Problems checking in-I requested a high floor but only got the 2nd. Called a day before arrival to change room type from queen to king and was told that I could do that only on check-in, when I was then told their is nothing available! Unfortunately the staff is not very switched on and their English is poor-require a lot of training to get even close to the level of Dubai staff in 5 star hotels

Living in Dubai means that the Hilton rak is within easy reach for an amazing get-away break from the hustle and bustle. This is our 5th stay here and we feel as though we could be anywhere in the world, Cancoon, Maritius, Jamaica... And only an hour and a halfs drive away. I'd like it if the All Inclusive option was open for those staying only 2 nights- we would have paid the premium for that.

I liked pool and beach Checking in was poor. We wait 1 hour to get room. The price we paid was not fair because I found some other guests who paid 40% less than me. Other issue that lot of people from town are using hotel facilities without staying in hotel. So crowded

nice designed resort, good and quiet if thats whats wanted but its got a bit going on if thats your thing We booked a quad bike trip at the Hiltons tour desk and it was dreadful. No safety equipment, location was a tip (and I mean a tip with broken bottles and steel rods stiking out of the ground and my bike's acelerator cable stuck at full throttle!!! I complained and Hilton blames the tour franchies (who by the way followed up the complaint and cancelled all future tours to that ouitlet) But its Hilton's responsibility to check these things out and I was most disappointed with the response I got. If it had been a bunch of 16 year olds I hate to think what might have happened!

Service not at par with other five star hotels. The salt water pool was a bit off on such a beach resort. Lift was not working most of the time, had an accident and nobody even attended to it. It's our second visit at the hotel, we came back because we liked it the first time. Now that hotel expanded, the service become worse and disorganized.
