The rooms were clean.The staff were very helpful.The food was very good. The grounds were well maintained. The rates were reasonable.Within easy reach od Oman (Khasab). The beach is a ride away from the hotel. Not enough information were given about events in the hotel.Small screen TVs. Could have done with more intertainment in the evenings. |

Hotel is good as we had a nice night stay and traveled to Oman/Kasab. Hotel is still using old type of Lock/Key System. Bath Room Items were not fully available e.g. Shampoo, Room Sleeper were not supplied. We have to call Room service for supply of Shampoo. |

For an old hotel I must say that the rooms are immaculately well looked after and very clean. The hotel is nothing special but it gives you access to the newly built beach club resort which is stunning and excellent for a nice day in the sun Front entrance hotel arrival too tight so 2 cars cannot past each other, this is particularly challenging when trying to unload luggage and other cars are waiting behind you. Other then that rak should do something about the roads leading to the hotel, terrible. |

Hilton ...is an international company ... The hotel should be better than this.we asked for non smoking room .. they gave us a smoking room ... we came to the room at 7p.m and they only gave us one room (while the Check in was 1 p.m we wanted 2 rooms) |

comfort of rooms, cleanliness, staff effort, pool would be good if there were more staff available to greet guests at the entrance. It is quite an old hotel and would benefit from brightening up some of the soft furnishings, chairs, curtains etc. particularly in the communal areas |
