Having stayed for 4 nights, we wanted to stay another night to see more of Dubai. The hotel did not bother to give us a decent deal for the 5th night when we asked for one. We then got a great deal in Novotel Suites, Al Barsha and moved there for the 5th night.

Great location for shopping, food, clubbing and sightseeing as the metro and mall are only minutes walk for the fronnt door, friendly staff but not very informative on details upon checkin, Rooms was clean along with all amenties.

Aircon wasnt cool enough, room was alittle cramped, Just minor things really

Convenient for all sightseeing and activities in Jumeirah: Wild Wadi, Burj al Arab, the Palm/Atlantis, Madinat Jumeirah, Ski Dubai etc. Free onsite parking with sufficient capacity is a major plus. An excellent choice for people travelling by their own vehicle.

While the view from the roof-top terrace is nice, the noise from Sheikh Zayed Road is a bit dominating - at least for my "rural" ears. This is however not audible in any of the guest rooms so not a serious problem.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were extremely clean!

The rooms were a little small and hard to maneuver about.

the uninspiring breakfast menu I asked specifically for a non-smoking room, but 246 was clearly a smoker's room. Smelt bad Room was not vacummed well - long black hairs on the floor - yuck! Many drivers for your limosine service don't speak good enough English and it was difficult to explain where I wanted to go. no umbrellas at the pool

Efficient,friendly service. I was able to check in immediately even though I arrived at 9am. Good location near metro.

friendly staff. ♥ there is a tour desk. and they are very nice and helpful ♥ there is small beauty saloon, a little expensive :\ very close to Mall of Emirates and Ski Dubai. Close to 2 metro stations. lots of mini markets and restaurants nearby.

rooms from 640 and up are far from elevator. bath tub is a bit rusty!

They ask me to pay 1980 but in they booking I booked 1650 I don't I what the problem

Attitude of the reception staff. It looked like they are doing great favours by talking to me. Also, I booked transportation from the airport but no car was sent. I was told that there were no such transportation booking and I was requested to present a proof. Looked like they doubted that I was telling the truth, it was unpleasant.

Hotel was incredibly clean and staff could not be more helpful. Restaurants served delicious food at great value.
