The rooms were always well cleaned. Some staff were frienly and helpful The staff at the reciption took half and hour to check us in. We asked for non smoking rooms we were given smoking rooms. Some of the resturant staff select certan people to serve and neglect others.

Big outdoor swimming pool, gym and other facilities. Internet is available in the lobby only and was disconnecting every 1 minute. Nobody bothered to fix the problem.

The hotel at one time would have been first class but it now needs a bit of investment I would suggest. The public areas are all good and the breakfast is very good but the main reason I scored it as a 6 was the condition of the rooms. The rooms need decorated and freshened up. Like most hotels you kind of get used to it if you stay a few nights. The cleaner missed all our rooms ( 3 rooms) but when I mentioned this to Piere, the manager, it was dealt with. The staff were all very friendly and helpful even when we arrived at 2 am. In summary I would use the hotel again as the location suited us and I would know what to expect.

Hotel location is excellent facing the lake and being within walking or short driving distance from many attractions. The price of 300 dh per night was cheap considering this rate is in February and for a 4* hotel in city centre Sharjah. We arrived at 3:00 pm but we still had to wait 45 minutes for our room to be ready and during that time we didn't receive any apology or a complimentary drink! We also wrote via our booking that we needed a baby cot and I repeated that upon check in, despite all that the baby cot was brought to the room at 11 pm after three phone calls I had to make.

The location is perfect. I believe the hotel needs some new decoration specially the rooms , lcd or led tv instead of the old crt ones, Bathrooms, Balacony walls, Elevator,etc.

location , receptionest not all of them were the same standard, we did not get the view we wanted, previouse visit been given 2 beds instead of one large bed for couples although we where requesting it

It was a wounderfull stay in HHI. Good thing is not only that It is neet n clean and cheap but it is very near from Dubai as well. As most of the people stays in sharjah becasuse their main destination is Dubai so this is an ideal hotel for them. I will advise every one that if they want some econimical hotel with parking (those tarvelling with in middle east) it is an ideal hotel. Wishing every one a pleasent and safe holidays. Kids swimming pool is also entertaining for childern.

Hotel is affordable. Great staff all spoke English and very friendly. Appearance is great and compares with other high end hotels. Grounds very well kept. Rooms comfortable, spacious and welcoming. Front desk staff very professional. Hotel has a wide variety of amenities. Pictures in ads are what you see and get. I recommend this hotel highly. Thanks for the stay which I enjoyed. If I visit again will stay at this hotel. Location from Dubia International Airport about 20 minutes with wonderful scenic route. There was nothing I did not like. I have traveled the world and stayed at a variety of hotels.

This was my second stay in this hotel. They improve their services. I like the location of the hotel (best location in Sharjah). Hotel room has two double be which is enough for two adults and two children. The hotel is clean and comfort with several entertainment option available. Two things I didn't like in my satay in this hotel. Chick in take long time and the room was smoking room. However, it was busy days near new year.

The room was good. The pool area and the front of the hotel was somewhat shabby looking. I was turned away from the restaurant when I wanted to have a la carte, only buffet was possible. The next day I tried the buffet, which was cold and expensive. The room was clean.

Russian girl on reception was really really nice, give me room with amazing view of Sharjah Lagoon. They have free wifi in lobby and comfortable sofa to sit. Also location one of best in Sharjah. Unfortunately room cleaning in this hotel not good I even can say its really bad. Room was all in dust, even in bathroom. Hotel management need to hire new cleaners. Furniture is old, but anyway comfortable and if they will clean it good, I'm sure it will be much more better. Anyway I have overall good impression about this hotel, of course except the cleaning

An excellent location with a very reasonable price. facilities including swimming pool, tennis, gym, spa, etc. are very good. Breakfast is very good. The only thing I didn't like is the bad smell of the corridors. It is highly recommended to the hotel management to change the carpets of the floors' corridors.
