They upgrated our family room to the "honeymoon suite", which was a bit "cheesy", but fun. The did not help us with finding a restaurant in the vicinity, but wanted us to go to their hotel restaurant, which didn't look good. |

People are nice and cooperative, services was good. Really it is comfortable to stay in the hotel and the location was beautiful special the scene from my room. By the way, when i arrived there, there were no room empty as per my request, but they replaced it by a presidential suite just to keep their credibiliy. Thanks for Hoiday International. |

Staff are very helpful & friendly. Room/bathroom clean. Probably not fault of hotel, but internet was very expensive and slow!!! |

quit, frindly stuff, and the best thing I like the view sunset, sunrise walking beside khalid lagoon it is 5 minut from the hotel, |

They charged more than the price stated during our booking...we booked for 450aed but they took 500AED...they said they will reverse it but after 2 days still they did not reverse it to 450... |

Die Themenbuffets und die Qualität des Essens sehr gut und lecker. Die Klospülung. Die Mitarbeiter an der Reception hätten sich etwas freundlicher und mehr bemüht zeigen können, hat letztendlich doch alles geklappt. |
