Bad service i dont recomed it for others

Good location and larg rooms and that's it

The lift you could wait for at least 20 min waiting !! So is the checkout I almost mist my flight!! Very bad staff and not helpful at all

The location is excellent, very close to Dubai Mall and metro station, the rooms are nicly furnished and clean

The bathroom water is HOT and the reception staff is very slow during the check in & check out

Two bedroom apartment is clean and budget friendly

The staff are not well trained. Not friendly with queues at desk. Wifi packages expensive

Lifts Keycards didn't work most of the time

No sound isolations between rooms I hear sounds from other rooms. There was no sufficient staff at the reception which had an effect on the waiting time in check in and check out and that has contributed to the staff behavior as they were under high pressure . Eluvator is not easy to use .

A really good hotel for normal money. It's clean with good location next to Dubai mall. Big rooms with toilet, kitchen!, livingroom and bedroom. Will visit again for SURE!

The space of the rooms are good, the hotel location is good and near to the shopping areas

Noisy, poor reception, not suitable for families at all, we can hear the next door room noise, bathrooms smelly, no views as the windows are too dirty,the hotel is crowded with junk people from all around the world and not classy at all. We couldnt sleep becuase room next to us where having a disco all night loud music and people shouting. I hated the place and never will come back again!! We spend half of our day at the reception!!

Accommodation set-up (Delux Room) and cleanliness. No disturbance from neigbhours or Drunken customers.

I made mistake on the on-line booking on the month. I wanted to book for 18-21 April but actually typing area and appeared 18-21 May. As a result the on line Booking.com charged instead of uaed 1395 charged 2160 uaed. This is almost double whereby the changes I made was a month before the booked date! How come I was over charged. I expect the Hotel management to contact Booking.com and demand for my refund.

Very convenient location.Within yards of Metro for shopping malls, and the curtesy bus was a great plus for the beach.Helpful and pleasant staff.

Some electrical items in our room were not working ie micro wave ,tv but were sorted immediately when reported to the staff.Perhaps a tea towel and dish cloth + some other small items cups plates etc. On our last day we had to vacate our room too early and had requested an extra day but they wanted £30 !!!! per hour even though they knew before hand being informed by email when booking.

Room size

Horrible hotel Elevators are not enough for the number of rooms/floors (40+ floors!!!!), long waits on elevator can be very annoying and up to 20 min on your way up or down. In addition, because they are programmed from outside (to call the elevator you press the destination level and a screen displays which of the 5 will take you to your level...they are not programmed correctly nor efficient for a crowded TALL building like this. you always have to go back to the lobby level and then back up if you want a different floor , this was Very frustrating and ruined our stay. Wifi is not free And very expensive! Although Its always free or at least free in the lobby in most of Dubai.

Room was spacious

The elevator system is far too slow. I had a non-smoking floor that smelt heavily of smoke. There were no hotel amenities guide, hotel telephone directory or internet cable in the room. When I called the operator for internet connection, I was advised to use the wi-fi which was a big mistake as the signal is very poor and they have the cheek to charge aed90 per day for the privilege.When dialling for room service, I needed to talk to 3 different people to order and still the meal arrived incorrect. Concierge staff were seriously overworked and I had to wait 40 minutes to have luggage brought down from room and then check out took 35 minutes. All in all, very poorly run hotel.

Staff is obviously under paid and unskilled cause the service really did not meet the expectations. Few annoyances I waited my bags for 45min, the batroom was basic and the refill toiletries really did not work for me. Also no bathrobe in the room and the wifi did not work to start with. Then a copy of someone else's details was attached to my documents in the reception.

The reception is very small and only three workers in shift . it took too long time for check in and out. Always the reception is over crowded and no place to set .
