Building is very great, location is very good too close to dubai mall & city center. Staff is too bad not profissional (the guys in reception are workers not hotel staff),no parking,no room delivery,if u order from restaurant you have to go down to take ur order by yourself obss, also if you was sitting in lobby and asked to use phone you have to back to your room to do that,,,

The location was good. This hotel has no parking available for the guests. Not even a valet service. I was chased from one parking lot to the next and finally found a place more than a kilometer away from the hotel. Please advertise that no parking is available for customers visiting in the desert.

The convenience of the hotel's location to the trade center was unmatched. The room was nice and the services were as advertised. The gift shop staff were incredibly helpful and nice. The receptionists were a bit rude and seemed to have had a long day, although that's no excuse. Non-smoking rooms were not available, although the smoking room wasn't that bad. The cleanliness of the room was not at the level I expected from an Ibis though. Not filthy by any means, but not immaculate either.

Location, It's shouldn't called hotel , it's the worst hotel I visit in the world, filipino & indian staff in reception not polite and need to learn how to deal with guests, no free internet in rooms , no delivery foods & drinks to rooms, no iron in room and you have to share it with all rooms & no fridge in room , you will feel that you in army camp , and you can pay littel more money any stay in hotel better than this one with full services. For me i'll never back to this stupid hotel.

They seriously need a ventilation system for smoking rooms, non of the windows open I guess its for safety reason. Other than that it was fine.

My wife and I chose this hotel as we were running the Dubai Marathon the day after arrival; we had booked 2 months in advance. On arrival at 9.00pm we wanted to get our gear ready and sleep. Instead we were told that the hotel was over booked and we were being moved to a hotel 5 km away, from the race start! 2 hours later we were finally in the other hotel. In the morning we had to wait for a driver to take us to the race start. Needless to say we were late and our race preparations affected - months of training wasted! After the race we had to get a taxi back to the second hotel, rather than walk back to the one we wanted to stay in, and then had to change hotels back to the Ibis WTC! Another 2 hours wasted! I would not go anywhere near an Ibis ever again! For anyone thinking of doing so - DON'T!

It was as expected and met expectations fully. Simple and clean, no frills and good value. Would use again! As it is in a business centre, the taxi system was a little awkward to work out and you have to queue (not at weekends) but otherwise all was good.

The staff at reception and in the bars/restaurants were very good and helpful. There were 2 minor issues which they resolved very nicely. Out of the way for leisure and shopping bit good for the WTC which is why it was built there.

I was in the city to run Dubai Marathon 2012, the location of the hotel is perfect being reasonably close to the start and finish line. They allowed me for a late check-out up until 3pm without additional charge.

Clean sheets & towels. Easy to get european adapter to electrical plug. Staff gave wrong info about beach shuttle bus schedule, no pick up from the beach in the afternoon. I stayed only for one night . No room service, I wanted some food so I called reception , they asked me to come down stairs and order it from one of restaurants at the lobby ! Same for drinks. They don’t keep fridge in the room ! very poor service and no valet parking or parking lot available for the car so they allowed me to park in next building and come back to hotel. This is something I never expected in dubai where I have been living for 3 years . I do not recommend it at all .
