there is a late raise service for breakfast after 10:00 AM but cost 25 dehrams? the hotel stick to exhibition hall. The Hotel's room are not equipped with Reffrigrator, this means that in hot humid weather condition of dubai you can not even take your water from room reffrigrator, this hotel has no room service and this means that nobody assist you for bring you any food or taking even your lugages, no hair dryier at bath, wardroab is very tide & small, no parking, no taxi service, room are design for one or at most two, no space even for even one month child! |

Quite cheap and cheerful, and for the money, a reasonable hotel. I booked the same day as the stay and got 289 aed as a rate, which is good, for a hotel in Dubai at short notice, that is clean and tidy. It is a complete joke that this place does not have a car park. The free car park is a long distance away, and the paid parking is a complete rip off. I paid 145 aed for half a day, when the carpark was nearly completely empty. With this factored in, I probably would have stayed at another Hotel. |

Free shuttlebus to the Emirates Mall was a nice addition, though took an hour to get there. Room's price was good bargain and the buffet breakfast (11€) was rich and variable. The reception staff seemed unmotivated and unenthusiastic. Our questios were answered but sometimes the staff didn't have a clue about very basic things, like the location of the nearest mailbox or if the metro station near Ibis was open. The inner courtyard was noisy at night time because of the unloading trucks (at 2:00am). |

the hudge reception and many comfort seating options there available parking is far from hotel and very dear. the hotel did not have room service for that night for staff annual party, it shouldnt charge that rate with no services available. |

Clean, efficient, very close to the WTC/exhibiton ground, not to far from Dubai Mall (free shuttle bus, but also within walkable distance). Reception staff was a bit cumbersome |

friendly service, very helpful with directions and where to go for entertainment, made sure i had cab ready for when i head back to the airport there was a very loud wedding , which i dnt mind, but the fact i am on the 6th floor, and still can hear music, doesnt say alot about noise insulation. |

The ground floor place and the restaurant are very nice A real problem with the parking. No place to park, no parking around, and no help or advices from the hotel staff about that. Otherwise, rooms design is not nice at all. |

Great Location, and value for money Rooms are european standard sizes. You can get larger rooms for the same price in other hotels, but you will not get the location right on the exhibition center. |

it is a clean hotel, good value for money, in good location. If you are not spending a lot of time in the hotel and just need a place to stay, this hotel is fine not really, except maybe that there is limited room service nor mini bar |
