Lovely architecture. Great atmosphere. Amazing rooftop pool. Nice beach. Close to metro: 20 mins to city center. Helpful staff. Extreme comfort. I definitely would stay again in this adorable hotel and I strongly recommend it.

The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful - they couldn't do enough for us. This hotel is such good value for money. We had a suite room and it was well furnished and comfortable. We have stayed at the Westin before and the room was comparable, although the location is not. The hotel is opposite to the Ibn Battuta mall which is very handy if you like to shop.

We had some issues with the service at the Oceania Beach Club resort although once we brought these to the attention of the manager they were rectified immediately and to our complete satisfaction. The location of this hotel is not great because of the view of the electricity plant at the front so try and get a room on the Mall side of the hotel.

Free Valet parking. Very helpfull and kind staff and they have done everything to make our stay comfortable. The hotel decor also nice but do not expect any view from the rooms.

Location is not good as its very far from downtown , Jumeira palm and dubai marine. The so colled private beach on the palm is miles away and because we had car we didn't experience that long shuttle bus journey. We been pnly once on our 3 day stay and decide not to go inside the sea as it was dirty and rocks was there. Also the oceana beach is extremly expensive which they charge us bottle of water 18aed . We stayed 2 more 5* hotels in Dubai and Abu Dhabi which they were providing water free of charge on the beach.We enjoyed local beches more and my advise to look and find nice beach which is all white sand and blue water.

Internal design is beautiful. I also liked the 24-hour gym. Breakfast was good :)

I wish there more work stations in the lounge areas where people can work with their laptops. Most areas in the lounge just got sofas and short tables for drinks, but no high ones. I wish also I was given some warning on extending possibilities, before the hotel was fully booked, I was planning to stay there for 2 more nights, but now I have to find another hotel to find.

Reception staff were rude and not cooperating, room services experience was awful. overall service in this Hotel is very poor compared to other Movenpick hotels.

This is a genuin 5 star when it comes to quality of the building, finishing, furniture quality smimming pool and unmatched breakfast menue

Attitude of regisration and from desk people was sub optimal, non functioning key was provided, I askde for lugage to be sent after check in it took then 1 hour just to realize that the regisration officer did not tell them to bring luggage upstaires.I Asked to talk ot manager her wispere to somewhat by phone an d a gentlmean appeared who introduced himself aa a manager , then to realize that he was just an ordinery employee doing check in at different shifts!

Position for business meetings in Jebel Ali and easy access to Metro

Staff were slow and delegated tasks so much that they usually forgot to complete.

Breakfast on the executive floor. Pool area and pool bar food and drinks. Very clean.

Room was very dark. Had to have a 'smoking room' though not smokers. The room did not smell of smoke but the corridors did a lot. No choice in this, no compensation offered.

The delay during check in and timing for check in after 3 pm for non smoking room which is not acceptable. The hotel should focus on expediting check in process.

The hotel does not stand by the prices provided in the booking (!). Once you turn up to check in, they claim higher daily rates. So you might end up forking out 20% more or find yourself another hotel...

Internet is Working in lobby not Working if ur Room is placed fare away from lobby So if ur here for business prepare to do ur business in the lobby For bad internet connection we were refunded 500 us dollar for one standard Room and one suite. So having a suite dont include better internet. We stayed 5 nights and complained about internet from the first day The first day we arrived we talked to a person who checked us in. While checking in the person were told to take care of another visitor. And that she did. We had four experiences of this kind. The forth time we sure make it clear that such a behavior we would not accept. All in the lobby could hear it. Restaurants Are very expensive at the hotel. You can save 75percent by going to a restaurant in Dubai marina. And have a better meal. The hotel Beach Are placed way from the hotel. On the pool besides the Beach u Can not be sure to lay down because there Are so many people.

We liked the design of the hotel and it's rooms, the food was perfectly delicious and there were some activities for kids. The kids club staff were very nice.

Amazing place. The staff was outstanding : helped us check in early. Free wifi in lobby and room, shuttle to the beach, great location, across from The mall and close to the train. Highly recommend it.
