InterContinental Dubai Festival City    

Hotel was amazing great location. Dubai is a fantastic place for a holiday.

If I have to really to find something negative, well then maybe the slow speed of the lifts ;-)

We liked the staff they were very frenidly and helpfull all the time they shoud get a raise

the one who disigned the bathroom was raised in the jungle and didn`t have a bathroom or maybe he was poor and didn`t have one it was the worse bathroom i have ever been in and i have seen alot.Could you beleave that the shower is squeesed near the bathtop,yes squeesed.

Location and staff are excellent

It used to be one of the best but is now showing its age a bit

I did like the shopping available and the staff was wonderful.

The river view was a bit tacky with the burned out dow boat and the industrial looking area. The view of the Burg was great!

Good location.

There are only 2 showers for the gym room, sauna, steam and external swimming pools. In the best case you have to wait min 30 min to have a shower. The changing room is very small and it is a passage for everyone including children from the pool. Impossible to change in private.

Housekeeping was poor had to request soap!!!! Services provided slower than expected

First of all, my experience to do the hotel reservation through Booking was excellent. The location of the hotel , it is just 20 minutes from Dubai airport , the hotel connect with Dubai festively city shopping mall which is excellent too.

When I did my reservation through Booking it was mentioned the given room price was the net price but when I did the check in I paid 4000 Drh extra as Tax The water of the summing pool was not clean.

I dont like reception because they tell me we dont have rooms .. And they tell me wait 2 hrs .. And i tell him tommorow you will give till 2 oclock to check out they said no !!!!

Service was terribly unprofessional

Proffesional staff. Top restaurants. Very well kept hotel, big attention to details.

A little bit too tight with people at breakast and pool area during high season. Overpriced.

They didn't have my special request of a non-smoking King size bed which I sent to booking.com when I made the reservation a while ago, and the noise of the hourly celebration in the pool side was too loud for me on the 22nd floor to try to sleep. One more thing.. The bed they gave me was small for a Kingsize bed.

Whether you are in business or holiday, hony moon or a short weekend break Dubai intercontenintal festival city is the ideal distination. It includes all you need either under one roof or a few steps nearby. THIS HOTEL IS a GOOD ONE

This hotel is part of the hotel chain Intercontinental that maintain its global reputation for elegance and luxury level of services provided to guests. Location of the hotel from the festival city have made ​​it a good destination for families looking for shopping and entertainment.

The only problem I found is that my booking since two weeks was for a triple room. Where they do not have 3 single beds room, and they give me a room with a large bed and placed next to a bed for children. In any case the manager tried to get our satisfaction by let us eating breakfast on that room for free.

Food was good

Everything in the Bedroom & The Bathroom and the Lifts are badly designed for comfort & convenience. I will never stay in that Hotel again!

I Loved the Room and the View specially at night. The complimentary upgrade and the swimming pool area

This isn't my first stay with Intercontinental am am an Ambassador club member. But the receptionists were not much welcoming. My experience in Intercontinental Phoenicia Beirut and Intercontinental Times square NY were incomparable.

Location few walk to the mall

Two expensive to cheap furniture and not well orgnized, I stayed on two bdroom suites but there was no dinning table!! The certain wasn't fixed well. A lot of insect, not clean well.

From the vast but elegant reception area to the exciting array of restaurants and spa facilities, this hotel has been designed with sheer sumptuousness in mind! I wished I had longer to stay so that I could sample everything, but even 36 hours revealed how conveniently located, stylishly designed, and carefully staffed this hotel is. I was impressed at every turn.
