Friendly and professional staff The hotel didnt have internet access. For this reason I needed to spend my afternoons in a different hotell to get online. Was on a work journey, thats the reason why i needed to get online frequently. Next time I will chose a hotell with Internet- even if its more expensive. |

Room rate includes breakfast. And the breakfast was very good. Local telephone calls are free. Do not have internet facility. WiFi should be provided free to the customers as it is damn cheap in UAE. .No Airport pickup service and neither capable to arrange a pickup on request. Very old hotel with outdated look in the room and toilet was of very poor quality, for example If you use the shover perhaps all the hair on your head will fly away because there is no spraying unit. |

Reception staff were competent and capable, but beyond that there was not much else that met the standards I would expect. On arrival, mini-bar was empty, not even a complimentary bottle of water (this arrived after 1 day). After 1 day tea and coffee making ingredients arrived, but no kettle. No internet connectivity! Television was not properly tuned on any channel. These are standard services I would expect. |

Nothing, it was overpriced for a very basic room. The staff were helpful, but this is the worst value hotel I've ever stayed in. Almost £180 per night and not even a bottle of water. |

I apreciated very much the kindness of your staff, the food in the Restaurant and the english pub. yes the only thing I didn't like was the parking for car, I spent may be 30 minutes to find a park , finally one of your staff took care about that |

It's well located in the city centre This hotel is old and in desperate need of modernisation. The rooms are run down with a poor selection of TV channels, no interent access, and the bathroom is dark and dingy. The hotel has no pub and no extra leisure facilities. The staff are not overly friendly on reception either. I would strongly urge any visitors not to stay here, especially if your trip is for leisure purposes. |

Staff friendly and helpful. It was a quiet time of year when we stayed and the "Pub" was closed and so was the resturant on the top floor, only the small resturant on the second floor was open with a very limited menu. Also parking somewhere could be a nightmare if arriving late. |
