Hotel JAL Fujairah Resort & Spa  

This was not the first time i stay in this hotel, i enjoy the dinner BBQ on the beach side, good food and ambience, nevertheless i did prefer when they used to have a band playing instead of just recorded music.

Service was not so good maybe due to the fact that the hotel was fully booked and staff couldn't attend to everyone efficiently, at first we reached the hotel and the rooms were not ready so we had to wait for more than one hour. The room access cards not working properly, had to run to the front desk located 5 minutes away from my room twice that day in order to reactivate it because it was taking them too much time to send someone and open the door for us.

The staff were excellent, very cheerful and always willing to help. The swimming pools were excellent and as we have two young children this was important to us. The only downside was the kids club for their age (Adobi room) didn't open until 1.30pm and was limited.

Very nice and right on the beach.

Off City hotel and best for those who would like the followings: Beach activities, Relax, countryside life, part of honeymoon trip (2-3 days), and meanwhile enjoy excellent value for money compaired with nearby hotels.

The service was slow, the breezes restaurant staff were not enough, dirty dishes laying everywhere.the beach is not soft sand

The best thing me and my wife liked about the hotel is the quiet atmosphere and the relaxed state the hotel puts you in.

The cleanliness of the rooms and the design of the hotel as well as the very good facilities such as the swimming pool, the beach and the restaurants.

The location is a bit far from other cities such as Khor Fakkan and Fujairah.

Spending time with my daughter, breakfast on the balcony over looking the ocean and just having a special time with the ambience of a lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The climbing slide and trampoline in the ocean added to our fun time together.

Not a complaint more an observation to improve services. I would recommend the availability of fresh milk with the tea and coffee in the room. Plus instant hot chocolate would be nice. Some of the water floats had tar on them and would recommend a clean periodically also to remove the green slime that accumulates on the base of the plastic.

Although it was not a long stay, but we realy engoy the Hotel & the Place, the Room was very nice with a sea view Balcony.

No honeymoon amenities ,even though the reception confirmed it does exist in the room.Late check out was not offered and it was requested in advance

Nice beach and beach facilities.

Too expensive. For almost 1000dhs per night I expected more. Don't go during the summer season, it is too hot.

Location was good and nice and relaxing atmosphere, good place to come for a total rest and not get I your car and travel around.

Two things 1, there could have been some kind of musical entertainment, just to liven up the evenings. 2, I was fed up with getting oil or tar on my feet and shoes, and this enede up on my car mats which I have had to have cleaned, this just annoyed me a little.
