We only stayed one night but I would to mention two inconveninces. 1-Kids were playing in the hall until 2 am , when we were trying to sllep of coarse sleeping was difficult. 2- I asked twice for more instant coffe sachets to be delivered to the room ..I got none.. Sincerely Raul & Elsa |

i liked the room and floor plan which give easy access to the beach and pool on reception there was no sofa wherein guest can relax while the paper and check in/ out is done |

the location anf the surrounding natural views, also the food corts and the kids activity. the room we stayed in was not so clean the carpet was dirty I think they can do better in this task. |

It was a nice time to spend there and it worth the value of money paid. I liked the design of hotel indoor and the watersport available awosme The items available in the giftshop are above average price |

Everything was perfect, room was clean, food was great, loved the swimming pools, we had a room with an ocean view which was great! We simply loved it, and will definitely go again! Food and beverage overpriced |

Good facilities, friendly staff. If we were told on arrival of the all inclusive drinks and food deal for the weekend it would of been good. But we really enjoyed our stay and will be going back again!! |

the bed's were so comfortable i could have stayed in it all day. the pools were very good and the meals served were all tasty. we did not have any hot water on the first night, it was sorted by the second morning, however some members of the staff were very rude when we approached them about it.we stayed in the sakura suite 3 and the carpets had stains over them. |

The view from the room is great and I love the sound of the ocean. Breakfast is really good - love the choc mousse. A nice place to go and relax on the beach or in the pool. |

Especially all the staffmembers, breakfast, dining facilities, room. We definatally will come back. Not really. Only the swimmingpool could be some degrees colder (chilled). But is was 46 C air temperature so that could be difficult. |

For such a Hotel as Jal, I believe a hot swimmingpool without cool water is very poor. We will go to another hotel with cooled water in hot summer period.( Another thing is that the lunch menu is the same as dinner menu in the Mediterean Restaurant. I think a different lunch menu is an opportunity, because the food was very good.) |

Relaxed feel. Resort is spread out and therefore did not seem too busy. small portions for some of the meals ie lobster ravioli. Shade missing from kids' pool. |

Facilities are good but there is no shade for the kids pool which is ridiculous if you are in the middle east at summer time. The service is slow. Some of the staff inside are not friendly. The food is expensive for what you get. The food served to us twice was different from what were written on the menu. |

The hotel staff were very good and polite, the design inside the hotel was very nice compared to the outside,and the rooms were very comfortable,it was a pleasure to stay there for our short break, well done Jal keep up the good work. The only downside to our weekend was when I was checking the web site asiatravel.com the prices they were advertising was half the price that I had paid. |
