Radisson Royal Hotel Dubai    

Everything excellent as usual. Great staff. Special thanks to Bijay and Paulo for the usual hospitality.

Actually it would be more appropriate to ask...what we didn't like it, than the answer it would it be..nothing..not to exaggerate, but really ,me and my girlfriend, we DEFINETLY agreed, that any time we will be in Dubai, if there is space, DEFINETLY will be the first choice.

- we were upgraded to a better room with stunning views from 46th floor for free - beautiful corner room with windows all over two walls - nice outside pool on 7th floor - nice bar and restaurant on 51st floor with views - perfect location right on metro station

- a bit cold staff at reception, but that can be expected in such a big hotel

I did enjoy staying in the hotel all the time , I liked the location and the room decoration , the toilet design , beside the staff smiling every time I go out or comeback . I will consider it my 2nd home every time I go to dubai .

The hotel location is perfect and within reach to main attractions in Dubai. Myself and my husband enjoy evening walks along Sheikh Zayed Road, with plenty of restaurants,coffee shops and shisha terraces.The check-in and check-out was really smooth, the staff was extremely friendly and the restaurants offer a great deal of choices. We have also mentioned that we are honeymooners and they have offered us an amazing view room and the bed arranged with rose petals!

A small remark: every night at around 9 pm the house keeping will knock your door to ask if you need anything. One night we did not hear it and they entered the room!

EVERYTHING was perfect the staff was very courteous and pleasurable.

There was one thing that I did not like was that I stayed in the Premier Suite and had full access to the Royal Club Lounge. Though I really enjoyed the lounge I hated getting off one elevator to go to another one just to gain access to the Lounge. I would have liked if the Lounge was on the same side as the rooms in which get full access to the Lounge. Besides that the hotel was beyond amazing!

Excellent position, and very central to all ameneties eg. exhibition centre and central business district with regards to any business traveller.

Staff were totally charming and on the ball Free wifi was brilliant as a business traveller

Breakfast expensive - not brilliant, just ok Location great for the World Trade Centre and business district, not particularly central for anything else

The Royal club room is no bigger than the standard room. In fact it's the same size. We expected a much larger room.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I knew by the various staff who greeted me and the manner in which they did, that it was going to be a great stay. The hotel was impeccably clean, stylish and offered much more than anyone would expect. The restaurants and their menus had something for everyone and food was delicious, fresh and beautifully prepared everywhere I went. The room itself was so comfortable and clean as though I had never left home. Congratulations on your hotel. I will easily recommend this hotel to anyone who asks.

Nothing I could say. I loved everything about this hotel and it's not something I say easily as I have very high expectations and this hotel met every one.

The room was spacious with a large bathroom with toilet separated. It was an ideal business stay if you don't want to break your bank. The lounge was comfortable with a bar counter for fast breakfast. I have stayed in many other hotels in Dubai for family and leisure occassions ( The Westin, The Armani and The Palace, and The Grosvernor which is one of my favourite), all of which comes with a high price tag. If you are looking for good comfort with less money the Radisson Blu is a good choice. I would recommend for any solo business traveller. The location is convenient by taxi to downtown Dubai (less than 10 mins) and 15mins to Jurmeirah beach resort. Overall I was happy with my business stay there.

The room service menu will be better to include their thai and japanese menu. The bathroom occassionally has a strange smell which I reported to the reception.

Excellent Hotel and view and specialy the room has 3D view, the staff reception has excellect hospitality specialy the lady called Natcha from Thai she made great effort for selecting the best room for me.

We stay at excecutive floor and the morning of 26th March was fired from short to ground. Unfortunately, information on what to do was only the sound Message in Arabic, without knowing what's really happening. We had to descend on foot 45 floors to find that the fire had been extinguished and it was not so important. Not really explanation from the staff or hotel
