it is near the mosque and shopping areas.no noise and safe all the time.

1. the lift are slow 2. no mirrow light in bathroom 3 no booklets in the room for Hotel's information e.g restaurant, room service, usage of telephone etc

Availability of supermarkets, restaurants and the Mega Mall close to the hotel.

The chain security at the door of the room was broken, there was no wireless internet facilities available as mentioned on your site, the airport shuttle was priced five time higher than normal, the bathroom was not clean, towels were not available, the washing machine was not functioning well, the staff is not responding promptly to our request.

Hotel is very good and justify its offered rates. Things are good and I vannot give any negative comments

no internet access in the room (website stated internet access), no towels in the room (when notified, hotel took 3 hours to deliver towels), kettle did not work, when reported, was assured a replacement would come, but never came.

on the confirmation of booking phone number for the Hotel was not there, which makes it a terribly difficult to reach the hotel.

Well the apartment was very spacious and fully equipped, which was excellent as i was there with my family. Another good think is the parking availibility. Overall it was a good experience.

Hotel staff is terrible, upon my call they were at first unable to guide me to the way to the hotel and simply told me to find my way. Another terrible thing about the hotel is the reception is not bothereed tp pick up any phones. We tried to call again and again from our room but no reponse until we had to go down from thetwelfth floor to check whatever we wanted to.
