I liked the hotel because it has many facilities, like a kidsclub, the wild wadi park next door and the fact that we could use the beaches and swimming pools of the hotels nearby. What I also liked is the shuttleservice (golfcar) between the several hotels and the souq Madinat. I think the breakfast is far to expensive. |

The staff at the hotel are extremely attentive and the range of restaurants available, both at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel and the sister hotel (the Madinat) is very extensive. |

Location, was in perfect viewing area of the burj al arab. The beach was very nice. Staff/Services. They did not have us in their reservation system, after I emailed them as well as booking.com for confirmation at least 3 times. Stood there for half hour while they tried to find our reservation. Staff aound the jumeirah property were inconsistent, sometimes checking if we were guests in order to use their facilities, and sometimes not checking. Very inconsistent. We've had better service at other properties aound dubai. |

We really liked the comfort and fascilities of the hotel! We also thouhgt that the staff was very friendly and helpfull. Also the hotel was very clean as well as the room! |

The hotel is perfect to stay with children. It has its own send beach with quite a shallow water when You enter the sea. Whithin 10 days of stay we didnt have any problems to find a free umbrellas on the beach. The food is very good. Rooms are big and clean. Everyday we had a complimentary fresh fruits basket and choco. All rooms have an ocean view. I can only recommend this hotel to spend vacations in Dubai. There is only one not very good thing to say - its quite an expensive one :) |

Fantastic location. Buggy service. Fact we can move around between Jumeirah brand of hotels such as Burj and Medinat. Rooms were not ready way past the check in time. Meant not much time left to make use of facilities after that. |

Perfect! Lisda the receptionists saved my continuing vacation with her help. The best stay in a very long time. I would of prefered the rols instead of the bmw 7.30 for a free pick up and drop of from the airport. |

My dream come true. Had been staring at a postcard of the Jumeirah and the Burj Al Arabi together and vowed that I would stay there one day. I was on my way back to Kandahar, Afghanistan and decided that I would never get the chance again, so I booked to stay at the Jumeirah so I could say that I was there! even if it was only for 12 hours! I saw as much of the hotel as I could at night and the next morning I took pics from my room of the Burj and the beautiful grounds of the Jumeirah. Thank you for your lovely hotel. |

My booking was for club room so it was too butifull they have privet loung to chek in and chek out So it was too fast to go in ur room They are more options to eat more restorants specialy the buffet in ground floor They are shops in the hotel u can puy from its If u chek in on reciption in ground floor it will be too bad becoase they were too low and not kindly stuff |

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, our room had a fantastic sea view with the burg al arab also in sight. The kids facilities are excellent and we were not short of things to do. This is a luxury five star hotel so be prepared to pay the prices commensurate with the luxury :) Please write at least 15 words |
