Convenient to the airport The receptionist was unplayable. I booked a single room. Checked in at 8pm with my partner who was leaving on an earlier flight. She had to be at the airport at 11pm but the hotel charged me 75 Dirums (room cost 200) for her to visit my room. After we had dinner at an outside restaurant I worked it out that she was in the hotel for less than one hour. The whole experience left a sour taste in my mouth. |

Location to airport and free airport shuttle. Close to a shopping mall and metro. Price. Room suffered from outside passage noise and slamming doors. Bathroom was a little grubby. |

It is conveniently located, within 20 mins to International Airport. Free Shuttle fro & to Airport . Very Clean rooms. Free wireless internet. Friendly staff and lastly excellent package for under 20 AUD per night ! |

Good price for the location - good pick up and drop off service - some staff quite friendly. Had to wait a long time to get things done (eg TV not working well etc...) Noisy at night due to club. Very unsure of cleanliness of bedsheets and carpet. |

It was a very convenient location. Your parking is terrible, and your concierge does not know how to give directions. Furthermore, both of your on-duty receptionists completely ignored my presence at the reception desk. I wanted to check out, and the workers just came in and out of doors completely ignoring me until I said that i wanted to check out. |

Airport transfer was well-organised and convenient. I left early morning, before the breakfast buffet opened, but a breakfast was brought to my room. It was basic, but appreciated Booking.com does say that taxes are not included, and advertises the room at 167AED.However, as the actual price being paid is 205aed, Booking .com should advertise at the actual amount paid. I was on the 7th floor... I could hear music from below, but it was not too loud |

Very smart location, close to the Union Square Train Station that takes you everywhere. 2 minutes walk also from the bus station. - Very poor cleanless of the room - Breakfast service and offer was very limited with no clue about service and how to serve food properly, quality very fair, no difference from one day to the other - The Pool deck advertise Sauna, pool and Jacuzzi, The Sauna was off 5 times we tried, the Jacuzzi was out of order, the pool water was cold - The receptionists had very poor knowledge and above all, very little willing to accommodate customers questions, no maps available, unfriendly and tired disposition. - Airport shuttle service is advertised, when we needed they could not accommodate our request before 3 hours waiting..... - At night time, the bar inside the hotel becomes a prostitute meeting, not really recommended for family |

only the seconed day i enjoyed my time after they accepted to change my room too much things to be honest, first the reciptione staff was too much rude and cruel, they put me in a room at first was in the 2ed floor and that floor was too much noisy and the room looks very cheap without any facility looks to be honest like motel for one hour only, and finaly they took long time |
