I was waiting at the airport at least one hour for the shuttle,it was four in the morning when I reached there,I was really in a condition of a shock to see the condition of the hotel, the stains on the carpet,no AC,unclean room, the breakfast room was full of dirt, the staff was unfriendly &rude, the amount of money I paid for few hours to have a good rest was a wast, there are many hotels much better than this hotel in this price range. |

Free shuttle bus from the airport The porter did not know where is the Dubai Bus Terminal Station and told the taxi driver to take us to Etihad bus service, which was wrong and wasted our time and money. We wanted to go to Abu Dhabi city. As we did not take Etihad flight, we could not take its bus. Also, its bus only go to Abu Dhabi airport. The porter should be educated! |

The rooms were clean and near the airport Yes, the staff tries to get you on their taxi which is fine but does not have a clear rate for the cab. I took a cab from the airport to the hotel for 200 rupees. Then when returning to the airport one staff quoted me 250, and another one 200. I ended up paying 200 plus the tip because the cabbie was more honest than than the receptionist. They didn't even issue me a key card so that I can go in and out of my room. I actually felt unsafe for the first time in my extensive travels |

Rooms and comfortable, clean & the hotel is centrally located with access to all corners of Dubai. It is in a busy/lively area with options to have tranquility and privacy in your room if staying at any floor higher than the 4th onwards. The breakfast is just right & a good way to start the day. Internet facilities are made available to those who wish to use them in lobby. The Casablanca cafe provides an interesting insight into Dubai lifestyle & ambience into the wee hours of the morning. The majority (not all) of the front desk staff are helpful, welcoming and nice. Maybe one or two of them speak to you like they are doing you a favour. The hotel duty manager is not helpful, he finds no solutions to any problems and has zero customer service focused skills. |

I had room 405 and every day they had constant music at their Arabic Night Club upto 3 am. The base of the music was consistant like some sort of drums. I had complained but nothing appened, I was given excuses. You can expact it during the new year's eve but this was constant. |

The location is very convinient for shoppers. Its very near at all public transport plus the establishments are just few meters away. my husband and I loved it. Some of the staff were not hospitable. The table cloth in the restaurant is kinda filthy. The room beddings and furtnitures are old. Need to invest for new ones. |

The hotel staff are very helpful and they really make you feel at home. I personally got that experience. The room also was nice and the location of the hotel also is a plus as it is near the Dubai airport and light rail station. |
