Nothing, This Hotel was awful, The room did not smell clean, I felt unsafe in the evenings as the hotel was very noisy with lots of people hanging around the areas, It was noisy during the day with maintenance work, The sip n surf cafe is tiny, no privacy and uncomfortable, The Karama Cafe could not serve a cup of coffee at 3pm, The member of staff just said No, The reception staff were "very busy" when I asked questions, a taxi could not be arranged to Dubai Mall, The layout was not obvious and nobody offered to show me where anything was, I checked out one day early and stayed in a budget 2* hotel that provided a 5* service. I would not reccomend the karama hotel to anybody in the future and I have advised my friends and colleagues that it is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I travel through Dubai up to 8 times a year and stay for 3-10 days each visit, I will not book a room at this hotel again. I wouldnt even offer it 1* service. Absolutely awful.

Smoking rooms when they say it is non smoking. People smoking in lifts. The car park around the corner is a bad idea, my car got a bump on the hood from people coming from the clubs. The security was present and all the hotel can say is sorry. I parked my car on my own risk.

Not much, I booked late so I did not have a lot of choice and of course around new year's the prices were inflated. But no housekeeping in 3 days is not very impressive. Will avoid coming back here.

They charge me 10 drhs no big deal, I couldnt argue coz I signed the list. Telephone charges very high, they charge me for calling cellular. Pretty much rippoff.

It's location and price. Karama Hotel do not provide complimentary Water & Tea/Coffee. This will cost them only 10 dirhams per day but will go a long way in pleasing the customers. They can even add this amount to their tariff but going dwon to bring water/tea coffee do not looks good for visitors to Dubai

it was near to karama metro station i was shocked about the two night clubs in the hotel, and the mini-bar in the room, and the cheap girls standing out and the police car waiting to catch the drunks, that was terrible it felt like a gang area, i felt unsafe.

Accessible as it is in the city. Offered low price. The room on the 1st floor where we stayed was really noisy of the banging disco base speakers. One cannot sleep until maybe 2 AM onwards because of the loud noise.
