We didn't like the bad service. We didn't like that we had to pay 10 dhirams for parking, we didn't like the yellow stings around the toilet!!! We didn't like the nightclub that you hear till 3 in the morning and we certanly didn't like the prostitutes hanging around the club and the hotel when we arrived at the hotel after we went in to the town!!! Bad, bad hotel!

I didn't like any things there, especially the elevator and the room is very dirty and the bed have hair, it is not clean. The services, its a very bad, I paid by my card and they ar ask me to pay again or I will not reach inside.

Ac was dripping water all night Room smelled of old wet musty carpet The bar was full of HOOKERs. The only ladies that were not hookers were the ones that servered drinks or singing in the band. It is what it is"Hooker Bar".

It is very accessible to metro station. It is very affordable and value for money. I would love to stay again in the future. It is quiet and staffs are friendly. Cheers! Good Location and Value for Money

Well the location and the clubs that they have I ordered a bucket of ice and it had a roach in it. This was the first time that happen. Stayed there a few times before.

The hotel is very loud and dirty.losts of prostitutes and people walking up and down the hall ways all night long.the hotel is listed as a 2 star hotel and Booking.com had me paying the price for a 4star.im very dissapointed about this.

Location Price f&b and h/k Staff Cleanliness I do not like one of your staff sitting a corner of the front office and his attitude is not at all matching hospitality industry. Complementry water to be kept each room Mini Bars should be open and to be checked and charged to the guest at the time of his/her check-out. Very rare to see some smiling faces of your staff. Girls with Good looking & smiling face are always suitable for front office. Free Entrance to all outlets for the Guest staying in your hotel; if the outlets belongs to private party, you can make a tie-up with your outlet owners.

Smoking rooms when they say it is non smoking. People smoking in lifts. The car park around the corner is a bad idea, my car got a bump on the hood from people coming from the clubs. The security was present and all the hotel can say is sorry. I parked my car on my own risk.

Very accessable to go anywhere..very near to dubai metro..near to karama center which has to much filipino restaurant inside.. There's no free wi-fi on their rooms,only at the lobby..

Not much, I booked late so I did not have a lot of choice and of course around new year's the prices were inflated. But no housekeeping in 3 days is not very impressive. Will avoid coming back here.

Easy going hotel. Just I did not sleep first night because of Disco noises,next day they changed my room. Water flow in bathroom very weak taking shower difficult because of low water pressure.

It's location and price. Karama Hotel do not provide complimentary Water & Tea/Coffee. This will cost them only 10 dirhams per day but will go a long way in pleasing the customers. They can even add this amount to their tariff but going dwon to bring water/tea coffee do not looks good for visitors to Dubai
