Kempinski Hotel Ajman

I liked the Indian restaurant on site, the food there was amazing.

The staff were poorly trained and intrustive. We were walked in on, in our room, not once but twice by housekeeping. They literally opened the door with their key and walked in on us - in bed. Very upset about this.

The good, friendly and customer oriented service for which Kempinski hotels are usually outstanding and is also provided in Ajman. Then the Ayurveda center (the main reason why I had chosen this hotel) and the spa facilities.

The decoration of K-Lounge does not look very inviting. Too much family hotel for me as a solo traveller. Of course it can not be avoided to accept families and that the children are noisy. But I preferred how this was handled at the Emirates Palace: the families had their own pool area and were hosted at one part of the building whereas single traveller or couples had their privacy at the other part of the hotel.

This hotel is perfect for total relaxation a short drive from the hustle and bustle of Dubai. Deserted private sandy beach, fabulous restaurants, courteous and friendly staff and the most comfortable beds imaginable !

I love the Sea and the natural Sands. In Room Breakfast was wonderful. We had a Jonior Suite and it was really lovely and so romantic.

In very early morning we were disturbed by room services hoover somewhere. Also we arrived at 3:00 PM the room was not ready we waited in the Executive club till 4 PM

Every room had a balcony and sea view. Tasteful room furnishings. The bedding was of a superb quality. The K lounge was fantastic and the service excellent. The beach was beautiful. The breakfast buffet was a gastronomic experience.

Check-out is at 12 noon so naturally there were a few people waiting to settle their bills - perhaps directing more staff to this area during that half hour would eliminate any unnecessary waiting. However, this does not detract from the fact that all staff were very professional, pleasant and helpful.

The Scenery and the sea view is superb stretching miles away along the horizon, the interiors suits the oriental nature of the surroundings, the staff have such a warm and cheerful attitude.

The hotel still has certain constructions going on, but they do anything to minimise the discomfort thereof

The staff was very friendly and helpful

The hotel room itself could have been in better working order. The bathroom sink was clogged as was a drain in the bathroom floor. The shower door leaked causing water to spill onto the bathroom floor.

Idealement situe en bord de mer. Plage tres agreable. Belle piscine. Spa. Jolies chambres, decoration soignee. Personnel tres sympathique. Restaurants et buffets delicieux. Petit dejeuner excellent!

La chambre, le balcon vue mer, la plage.

Le prix des repas sont excessives.Un peu loin de Dubai 1h-1h30 de route a cause du trafic.
