Wunderschönes Hotel, direkte Anbindung an die Mall ist unheimlich praktisch, sehr zuvorkommendes Hotelpersonal, schöner Pool & Fitnessbereich, wir hatten ein Zimmer mit phantastischem Blick auf das Burj al Arab. Zu Rush-Hour Zeiten war die Sheik-Zayed-Road recht laut zu hören |

the check in was express 6 minutes and the check out was wow less then one minute it took them 2 1\2 hours to bring my bag to the room and 1 hour to take it from the room to my car :sthe water in the shower smells bad. |

The most thing I liked about was the Location . It is not to that extent . Otherwise , some of their staff Lack professionalism . I had to call them many times in order to find my reservation in their system & be able to arrange a pick up service from the airport. What I noticed is the big difference between the rooms. I booked 2 Delux Suites ; one of them has a good view , balcony & a dining table ; while the other has none of them. |
