The size of deluxe room is good... And the price is great as well since we were there during Ramadan. Good breakfast selection too.... However, problems we encountered during the stay were mainly re: Wifi.. We were charged for wifi usage even though we asked the staff to help us set up, later on we found out that you have to ask the staff for a code before you can access free Wifi, nonetheless, they waived the fee in the end. Also, we joined the safari tours with the hotel, and their price is twice of the other tours advertised.

Attached to Shopping center. 1-Rooms too small for the value paid (too much expincve) and the room furnish too old and stained. 2-Checkin/out is Chaos, my rooms wasnt ready and they excused that I arrived early (1pm) so i said fine i'll wait, but till 3:00 pm room was not ready. 3-You have to call 3-4 times if u need something (housekeeping,luggage service& reception).

First, I booked through Internet and I discovered that the photos loaded for the room in the Internet was different from the room I stay and the Hotel management has free upgrade the room for me. Second, The services was very bad as I discovered that the room service has paint the bathroom during my reservation the room and I could not be able to stay in the room this day (wast of one day charge - qr 1000). Third, the hotel staff are not polit and one of them has entered my room without noking the door or event check if there is any one in the room before he entered.

It's from the best hotel I ever been the staff very friendly , very nice location , I like the quite we been there , the things u r not hearing any noise when u r in your room or suite. All in all is perfect I'll repeat it again and again The net was a little slow ... We can't say anything bad on it ...

Location was good. This was one of the worst experienceswe have ever had in a five star hotel, first of all it is not a five star hotel. It is down to major management failure, and needs to be reported to the Kempinski Group hq as needing urgent attention. Despite having paid for the room five months in advance, at 01.00 check in with only trainees on the desk, they could not find pre-payment. Luckily I brought my credit card statement showing the deductions. On check out at 07.00 several days later, again trainees on the front desk, they had an inability to do a straighforard check out. We only spent a furthe 300drhms and yet they insisted again on charging again for the rooms which were prepaid. We have been using five star hotels in Dubai for about 25 years, and this is by far the worst experience. It should only be four star, and attention needs to be paid to staff training. The service and facilities not just front desk does not justify the price.

The lady who checked us in was brilliant it was very busy and she was very welcoming and set the tone for a very relaxing stay. My husband had a massage in the spa and said it was wonderful even better than the massage in Bali so very high praise. Some more information on restaurants may have been helpful, but a wonderful place to stay with lovely big rooms and super comfy beds.

Stayed in the ski chalet this was hands down one of the best if not the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The room was clean the staff super friendly and I would do it 100 times over. I didn't like that I was charged for something from the mini bar even though my wife and I did not use anything, but that's my fault should have checked it before I received the room.
