Location location location ... I liked how close is it to everything. The person who answered my call while I was trying to know where exactly the location was. She made me feel that I called a normal house not a 5 star hotel. One of the receptionists was not helping when he knew that I did my booking thru booking.com and when I wanted to extend my stay, he didn't help. I had to go to another receptionist to help me out. The food served by the hotel is one of the worst....it's cold, very little comparing with the expensive price and I got poisoned from it.

The size of deluxe room is good... And the price is great as well since we were there during Ramadan. Good breakfast selection too.... However, problems we encountered during the stay were mainly re: Wifi.. We were charged for wifi usage even though we asked the staff to help us set up, later on we found out that you have to ask the staff for a code before you can access free Wifi, nonetheless, they waived the fee in the end. Also, we joined the safari tours with the hotel, and their price is twice of the other tours advertised.

Nothing, did not reflect the name of Kempinski and the price. Over Over Over Priced for nothing, it should be downgraded to 1 star compared to the 5 Stars Hotels, it has no added value in anything just too expensive for nothing, nothing is great in this hotel, it is a very stadanrd hotel, I dont know why they charge that muc, breakfast is very poor, internet connection too slow, no news papers, no welcome fruits or cakes, the veiw is to the surface of the the mall with some ACs also we have booked a deluxe suite for aed 3,500, the rooms are so small and has nothing extra compared to any 3 Stars Hotel in Dubai

Attached to Shopping center. 1-Rooms too small for the value paid (too much expincve) and the room furnish too old and stained. 2-Checkin/out is Chaos, my rooms wasnt ready and they excused that I arrived early (1pm) so i said fine i'll wait, but till 3:00 pm room was not ready. 3-You have to call 3-4 times if u need something (housekeeping, luggage service& reception).

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Good choice of food for breakfast buffet. I was impressed by the fact that I was allowed to check into room early. We were booked to check in at 3pm but as we arrived at 12 midday, the receptionist said that the room was available. We liked the pool area with lovely comfortable sun loungers and big towels. Breakfast was too busy and not enough space to walk around food dishes. I had to ask twice for my tea to be replenished. Staff were slow to serve in Aspen restaurant.

Amazing hotel with excellent service and facilities. The ski chalet room was a fantastic contrast to the heat of Dubai. Wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a stay in Dubai. Great location, exceptional facilities and staff. Could not ask for more. Will stay there again.

The only positive point of this hotel is its location. Besides its location, this hotel doesn't have anything to offer. The service of the hotel was disappointingly poor. For example, they cleaned our room without leaving any sheets for the blanket on my son's bed. Therefore, we had to call after midnight to receive sheets for the bed. The other problem that we had was due to our room type. We booked an executive suite for our stay as a family with a child under 10; On the hotel's web site there wasn't any comments on the restrictions that may apply to using the executive lounge. However, they didn't allow us to take my son to the lounge which was virtually free of other guests and had a manager on-site. After complaining about this problem, they offered us (the manager) to pay back 500 UAE Dirhams per day as compensation. They repeatedly assured us about the compensation which would be payed upon checking out. However, they not only refused to pay back the money but also wanted to charge us more for switching us to a different plan without consulting us. As a result of being in a hurry to catch our flight we couldn't discuss the issue anymore. I personally feel bad after this incident and would like to follow the case in any way that I can. It would be admirable for Kempinski to solve this problem and prove that they are indeed a 5-star hotel. It is worth mentioning I checked in with my original nationality, although my booking address was my permanent address in Canada.

the location was good as it is attached to Emirates mall. comfortable and clean. Duty manager Mr. Ala was very helpful in changing my room as per reservation from city view to Swimming Pool view. Front desk "Egyptian" as my arrival in 5 sep. around 1:30 am I think hi name is Muataz was not smiling with warm welcoming. I asked "Is the room in swimming Pool view , he said YES while we I went to the room I found it city view. This made me upset but Mr. Ala solve the problem by relcoating me to the right roo. In general good Hotel for family and for shoping , little expensive but was okay. things I do not liked , business center charged me for more than 20 UAD for printing my boarding pass while such small figures would be more complementary if it was FREE. Have tight person in the fron desk, first impression is the last and peole travelling from long distance , they expect warm welcoming and smiling face with down to the earth peopl that can relflct good image to the Hotel service.
