Very nice hotel, for me was a one-night stop and it was horrible night! I was in the 9th floor and there was a critically disturbing knocking sound coming from top . I informed the reception next morning and there was no response or appology ?!!!!! |

It was convienient 4 shopping and did not have to escort the family every time they want to go down. They dont provide u with adjacent rooms or better yet connecting rooms.The check in time they dont adhere 2,they provided us with one room around 03:00 pm but the other we did not move into until very late. |

The hotel is very convenient for the shopping mall, the staff are helpful and there is a good selection of dining options. The Kempinski has more to offer than a weekend stay allows you to experience! Check in was very slow, the room was not ready and we had to wait about for 20 minutes |

The Mall is with the Hotel. There are many activities in the Mall which give advantages to the Hotel. Only they let us to check out early |

The hotel was perfect in many ways. The was big and clean and It was a luxurious stay The was very very expensive. I payed 6000 AED for to rooms which I believe was vey expensive. I think the price per room should not exceed 2000 |
