Attached to the mall decoration and colors TV channels choices are amazing room was not ready and i was given two attached beds eventhough I was guranteed to get one king bed at the time of booking didnt get newspaper the next morning although i was asked at the check in. Cloths and luggage reached me very late at the check in

The bathroom is great, and the fact that the hotel is linked to Emirates Mall is the best part. The prices are too high.

The front desk efficiency despite the ongoing renovation works and the location is ideal for shopping at the Mall. Security a bit exaggerated.

Excellent location. Right in the mall for quick shopping spree. Nice rooms. Very well furnished. Nice staff. Excellent customer service: I had my rental car scratched by valet service. The hotel investigated the incidence and found out it was the valet service fault and I was credited the penalty fee I was charged by car rental office immediately. Highly recommend the hotel.

Really friendly staff, couldn't do enough to help Cocktails were amazing at the pool bar Really looked after at the pool with iced flannels and water brought regularly

Room design Duty manager unfrendly and he take advantage of people by charging money anyway he can. The way he delt with us was misrable .iwill never stay in this hotel or recomend to anyone

The hotel has a great location. I booked an executive grand room and it was specious with good facilities. During my stay I had a family emergency and I had to leave early, the staff were very helpful in processing my sudden checkout, and also they contacted booking them self to modify my reservation which I really appreciated. I didn’t like that the breakfast was allowed in the lounge only. In other hotels when I book an executive room I always have the option of going to the main restaurant in addition to the lounge.

I like the rate completelly pay by booking since begening. I do not like pay more since the hotel let us pay 20% .10% +10% for service's & taxe'S.
