We liked everything in the hotel. My children enjoyed their time a lot, they didn't even feel bored. Beach, kids pool and playgrounds; all was amazing. The room, breakfast, staff and everything were just great.

Not same level of cleanness and quality as other Rotana hotels

I've been in many places and hotels all over the world.This hotel is among my best 3 hotels I've stayed in during my travel.Near Emirates Palace,Marina Mall,Corniche.The staff were extremely friendly. Sure that all who will stay in the hotel will like it

I've booked & requested a sea view or at least a city view room but they give me a room with a construction view.This was my only annoy

The room was very spacious. The bed was perfect.

- The rooms were very spacious and comfortable - Furniture was new, modern and beds were clean - Bathrooms were large, very well kept and had all amenities you could think of - The staff was quite accommodating and professional - They had a focus on being environment friendly which I liked - Got a great deal with booking.com

We booked well in advance two rooms with request that one room for husband and wife and another one for children and both room must be nearer to take care of children . We informed reception over phone that two rooms must be rearer , they conformed the rooms . When we go to hotel with family the hotel alotted one room in 8 the floor and another room in 6 the floor for the children whose age are less than 5 years , How the children can stay alone in hotel very faraway from the parent . why this hapend ?. How the parent can sleep by keep their child two floor dow ?. How can they enjoy the hotel by spending Dhs 3000.00 ?. It is very sad and worst days to stay in this hotel by keep the children very faraway from the parent's room.

The rooms we got war very spacious - well ok, it was a suite. But it was really good and clean

- They dont serve alcohohl - only one pool and not enough sun-luengers for all the guest resulting in early morning reservations of all the available loungers by placing towels and books on them. Not 5 star. Very annoying. - The Kids Club or Kreche as they call it is a room with a few toys and a tv. Boring for little kids after an hours.

The location with easy access to highways to the airport, to Dubai and to Yas Island The pool area

The layout of the breakfast area is not optimized, it let to crowds and bottleneck. The food could be re-arranged to avoid congestion. Due to that reason we only used the breakfast once to avoid the terrible experiences. The chairs in the rooms are getting old, need replacing. I hurt my back several times because the padding on the chairs is worn out and I can feed the wood

Decor dated and more catered for arabic people in terms of food choices, decor and entertainment.

The delay in giving us the second room as we receive it at 6 30.

The view from the hotel is amazing and so are the facilities. A large pool and a great private beach.

The staff didnt initially agree to give a one hour late checkout, which indeed they did after some elaborate discussions. Why not agree on the late checkout first only so that no arguments take place.

Rooms were great. View was awesome. We enjoyed all of the accommodations. Will stay there every time we vacation in Abu Dhabi.

We are coming from France so we like good food, and normally we like to complain..this time nothing to say, my wife even told me that it was the best place she ever stayed at.

Amazing location with very nice pool and beach. staff was very helpful and friendly. we enjoyed our stay especially with the amazing view from 15th floor balcony. food was very good in both restaurants.

i would suggest to offer a free WiFi at least in the Lobby. but other than this every thing is perfect.
