Very very difficult car parking The Egyptian guy tried to convince me that the car parking is full because he didn't like to help me to park down Taking my passports when I check in until check out it is not convenient Checking my room and my my minibar before I check out and keep me wait it is not a professional way to treat customer, you have my visa details and yo can charge me if I didn't inform you about any damage in the room or minibar

Location id very convenient, next to supermarket, small restaurants, close to metro. Very polite staff, helpful. Good breakfast. Used a bus to beach and stayed longer on the check-out day.

Very good location, breakfast was ok but just a bit monotonous. My favourite staff is Jude in the restaurant. So friendly and homely.

Have to always call reception for wifi voucher. And they keep giving you just 34hours when you still have days to check out. VERY ANNOYING!!!!

The receptionist is used to having travelers show up for check-in earlier than what their policy is (1400) but she still made it her duty to get each room that was reported to her as cleaned checked right back out so we didn't have to wait until 1400.

It's a bit far from the Dubai Mall.

all at this hotel are perfect ,particularly the staff behavior like mrs.rezzelie who do her best to satisfy the guest to enjoy as much as possible comfort of his staying in this hotel. mrs.rezzelie likes you feel you are at home and do her efforts for your pleasant staying...and seeing her efforts makes you fully excited,enchanted. further other staff like bellboy also do his best to satisfy you.

Hotel is close to al Ghuraj shopping center and metro station. Room was relatively large, clean and well equiped. Staff professional, courteous and helpful.

Swimming pool closes at 7 pm. A bit complicated approach to the hotel through small streets.

Location, location, location! Restaurants remained open very late. We were able to dine at 3am sometimes. Metro is 5 minutes walk away. 24 hour response to any and everything at reception. Roselli at reception is excellent, friendly, helpful and professional. I wanted to take her to the Caribbean. She is just exceptional.

Breakfast was the same everyday. They need to have varieties. The newspapers were not dilivered daily as promised. There was a fowl smell in the room for days. However, when we complained we were relocated to another room in which we were more comfortable.

The hotel was clean and comfortable , the staff where both extremely friendly and professional . We stopped on route to Australia and intend to book for the return stop over . It was very convenient as only a short taxi drive the room was fabulous . Highly recommend a stay here.

I stayed 7 days and today I arrieved home but I feel sad coz I missed landmark and their lovely staff , everything was perfect , I would recomend this hotel for people who work hard for their money and cant spend it easily this hotel will answere all your needs without being skint and left with empty pocket.

Location was great especially to the metro which got us around with air conditioning. Rember it is extremely hot and you cannot stroll around at your leisure.

The room it was spacious and clean.

On the extra bed there were only a blanket with no linen for the blanket.

Good location, cordial staff, variety breakfast, clean room

No flexible hand held shower heads in bath room. Bath room floods with water as it does not dry properly. Tea bags and water are not replenished for the next days.
