Location: easy walking distance to the souk and to the Dubai Creek. Breakfast: go for the lovely south indian dishes - dosa and idly. No problem getting an early check-in at 0600 after a long flight from Australia. What we thought was going to be a park outside turned out to be a building site - something to do with the new metro. But that's Dubai for you - most of it is a building site. |

The cleanliness of the room. Drinks in the fridge should be complimentary & guests shouldn't have to pay for them. |

Location to SOME attractions. Door staff were very helpful with baggage, and rightly offered to get a taxi for you. Many illegal/private taxi drivers in Dubai, so better to have a local get you one. The hotel insisted on taking pasport, claiming it was safer for them to hold on to. Very difficult to recieve it back before checkout, but after insistence I got it back. |

Good location, the scenary at the 10th floor was super. When I contacted the hotel 3 days before of my check-in date, the hotel did not know my booking. I was afraid whether my booking worked or not. |

The staff are polite, Friendly and warm. The rooms were clean. The fact that there is enough space to move around. I do not like the fact that you have to pay for using the internet service ( computer ) in the lobby. This is my first time of experiencing that. I know you pay for room connection and not Lobby.( Observation ) Thanks |

Close to shops + available restaurant The reception has retained my passport until check out. I do not think that this policy applies in many other hotels. |

Well located to all the major sights.Good value for money. Willingness of staff to be helpful when asked. Electrical fittings (plugs) were very dubious. One hotel member discouraged us from going to the restauraunt for a cup of coffee, offering to make us one in th guest coffee room. This he did, then charged us a higher price than he should have. |

Landmark Plaza Hotel was a great hotel to stay in. Located in Old Dubai it is in a great position to shops and the souks. Staff were very helpful and hotel was very clean and great value for money |

Het is een prima hotel om een paar nachtjes te verblijven.Het ziet er netjes en verzorgd uit.Het enige wat iets minder was dat je s avonds wat minder rustig over straat kan in de buurt van het hotel i.v.m. handel langs de weg en de mensen zijn daar ietwat opdringerig maar verder alles prima. |

Proximité du centre-ville facile à localiser (Nasser Square) Sanitaires en état très moyen . Manque d'isolation phonique (pas de double vitrage) = Bruits ! Ce hotel devrait améliorer ce détail très important |

Transfer vom Airport zum Hotel klappte reibungslos. Wir konnten nach einem Nachtflug sogar schon um 7:00 Uhr morgens das Zimmer beziehen. Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Dubai ist dieses Hotel völlig ausreichend. Lage des Hotels ist optimal da Creek und Souks zu Fuss schnell erreicht werden können. Transfer vom Hotel zum Airport wurde nicht angeboten bzw. war nicht möglich. Am Tage ist es nach vorne raus, etwas laut, da zur Zeit gegenüber die U-Bahn Station gebaut wird. |
