“We chose the hotel for its proximity (45 minutes away) from Dreamland Aqua Park and the fact that we were allowed 3 children under 12 in the room. There was a sofa bed in the apartment living room, which the children slept on.Dinner in the hotel was surprisingly good and reasonably priced. The staff were really friendly and pleasant.”

This is a nice clean hotel, at a great location, literally a stone's throw from the beach. I loved waking up to the view. Several fast food restaurants and a small convenience store is also very near. The staff are friendly and the price is great. The hotel is aging and it is starting to show, especially in the bathroom fixtures. I understand that with the price they are offering it would be difficult to justify a full remodeling, but if the management decided to remodel some of the rooms and charge extra for the remodeled rooms, I would be inclined to stay in those rooms.

they upgraded me to sea view room , hotel location in excellent , easy to reach , near to fast food resturants i requested non smoking room when i booked in booking .com , but when i checked in the room was smelling cigarates then they told me that they do not have non smoking rooms , so i think booking .com must remove this selection option or to mention that all rooms are smoking then we know in adavance, that is my main consern otherwise the hotel is ok

proximity to beach - just across the road friendly staff clean room full size fridge room had hotplates, kettle and microwave but nothing to cook with. only supplied 2 plates, 2 knives, 2 forks, 2 spoons mosque next door was exremely loud at 4am

I thought that the location was excellent and the service was outstanding. I also felt that the hotel catered to my needs very well and had a very relaxing atmosphere. The beds were exceedingly comfortable and the 'superior sea view room' was worth the money as the view was beautiful (especially from the balcony). The breakfast was very good as there was a lot of variety and plenty of choice to cater for all. Nothing, everything was great.

Hotel workers was nice, location also one of best in city. Bed was big and comfortable. Room is not really clean, windows dirty. Safety deposit box not work and there was no kitchenette in room as in room description. Anyway I dont have strong impressions about this hotel, nothing good and nothing bad, normal for this price I guess.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Room service could do with a bit of an overhaul. Tried to order coffee and was told they didn't send coffee for room service. Great location across from the beach. Room under furnished, could have used more furniture to fill the space. Need to check appliances more often as the electric jug in the kitchen was broken. Bathrooms could do with a spruce up, starting to look a bit tired, but obviously the hotel is an older building.

The location of the hotel is extremely good for people who like sea beaches/more time in the beaches. The morning breakfast was good in the hotel.In fact landmark has upgraded my room from city view to sea view without any extra charges. Over all the stay was good. Although the check in time was 1400 hrs and we reach on time they took some time in giving the room and we were able to checkin at 15:45 Hrs. The room furnitures /TV are very old.We find there are cast iron table & chairs which needs replacement.
