the spacious nature and design of the suites.Easy access to services if required or complete independance - flexible nature a plus point. It seems as if the hotel is located in the middle of a building site - but that is typical Dubai. It is a transitory phase and will pass in due course. There is an urgent need to improve water pressure in the bathrooms particularly toilet flushing. |

My suite was very comfortable and spacious. The quality of the breakfast was excellent with a large variety. I was dissapointed that the hotel was dry. There was no mentio of this at the time of booking. The waiting staff at breakfast were very slow at clearing used dishes etc. |

Very new hotel so quite impressive. Everything clean and modern. Room was actually a suite so plenty of space but living room / kitchen not really used on a one night stay. Location, in that it is in the middle of a building site - even the road system is not complete. No alcohol served at all - not clear from the advertising info. Several 'snagging' faults with the room which should have been cleared before occupancy (bathroom plumbing faults, fittings loose, light switches not working). Check in/out very slow. |

Excellent service and excellent standards 1. In the midst of a construction site, but this will change with time. 2. I was locked out of my room the day of check out, presumably for security of payment?? but no explanation and no apology. |

The rooms were tastefully furnished and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel also had 3 bedroom suites, large enough to accomodate my family on this visit. It was very difficult to find and not known to local taxi drivers |

Hotel staff was very polite and service minded: they even carried our shoppings from taxi to our room. At pool we were offered fresh fruits and cold/wet towels at hottest time of the day. We were offered late check-out because our flight was departuring at night. Hotel was clean, room service worked wel. We were first time in Dubai and really liked our stay there. Many taxi drivers didn't know the hotel as it's qute new, so it's better to have a map or hotel phone number available to find the location. |

I loved the room that we were staying in, there were four of us staying and there was so much room. The beds were amazing. I thought the staff were also fantastic. Kelly the concierge man was extremely helpfull along with the people at the front desk. They went out of their way to help us and also greeted us with a smile. The pool was also fantastic Unfortunately the hotel was surrounded by construction and it made sitting by the pool difficult as it was hard to relax with all the noise going on around. The taxi drivers never knew where the hotel was and we were not able to wander around the streets as there was only construction work surrounding us. |

24 hours access to swimming pool, Very bad location, roads are under construction and even taxi drivers cant find there. During everyday room cleaning, they do not provide enough consumables e.g. soap, shampoo and body lotion |
