Good location for visiting Abu Dhabi Mall. Reception staff invite arab dressed guests to "queue jump" and expect other guests to wait !! There is no excuse for treating any guests like second class citizens ! |

Nice location, lots of activity.... Rooms a bit dated. Furniture and rooms need updates. Still lots of mildew odors... This was a 5 Star hotel and could be again. |

The swimming pool area is nice, full of plants but is old and needs renovation. Staff is friendly and restaurants are good. The rooms are very small, old and with no view. The beach area is very small and there is a big construction just in front.The hotel is very old and needs renovation. |

It's centrality, the swimming pool and beach area. The Arab mezze for lunch very tasty. All the staff were very helpfu. the spa was very relaxing and enjoyable. The food and service at the Brasserie was very good and the room was very nicely decorated too. The smoking in the lobby and the noise nearby my room = 235 = a lift shaft or a generator of some kind. |

Good location for many reasons - city, business, shopping. I was offered an upgrade to Club, not complementary though, but excellent value. Sea view I expected to be wonderful onto the Persian Gulf, but it was an industial little bay. |

The pool and beach area were excellent, even for your older guests. There were good walkways and plenty of staff always ready to help. The food was also of high standard with plenty of restaurants to choose from. |

The staff were all accomodating and courteous. Checking in and out was done in a jiffy plus the food was great. And cocktails time at the Royal Club gave one an opportunity to interact with other guests in a leisurely atmosphere. There were minor cracks in the bathtub |
