The service of the hotel staff was very good. Beach location is very enjoyable.

The staff in the hotel's buffet restaurant was very poor or non existent. This restaurant cannot be recommended.

I liked the beach

I did not like the attitude of the reception staff.

The check in staff at the hotel paid no heed to my requirements from booking.com, so not I only did I have to repeat my requests they got it wrong. I paid Dhms150/night too much

The hotel was in a good position for sight seeing and shopping. Reception and concierge staff were very good.

The room we were given was very noisy on the second night of our stay. TBelow our rom there was a courtyard of restuarants which were very noisy and we could ot sleep at all on the second night. I did complain to the hotel staff the following m0rning and received a discount on the price we paid.

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel and it didn't improve it's service. The pool staff is rude and they are way too strict. They constantly blow whistles and yell at the kids. One staff even told me that the way I raised my kids was unacceptable. All they were doing was playing with bean bag chairs. That will be the last time we stay there.

It is clean, comfort and near to city and shopping areas

The sea and swimming pool not utilized very well in the evening time. Specially if you want to stay some time with your friends or family I came first day of eid hoilday and no celeberation or animation at all in the hotel, even there are no welome of my kids It is not recommended for families to set in hotel loppy at night time dut to crossing of prostitutes Thanks anyway

The staff were very helpful, polite and efficient.

The room was damp, the hotel was in need of some tlc and it had about it an air of being jaded at the edges. There was also loud music into the early hours that kept my wife and I awake though the hotel night manager did attempt to do something about this. There were also too many children being allowed to run around without proper supervision.

Location. Easy walking distance to Mall, Resturants,Club Lounge.

No Adult only pool....also should be shown to breakfast table by serving staff,. Not free for all.

Generally pleasant, comfortable bed and peaceful

Friendly staff good location nice pool on a morning when quite good and friendly staff around the pool when no children as they have there hands full trying to control and keep them in check when busy would stay there again

Slow at checking in and got asked if we would take 2 single beds in stead of a double as they had no double ready but got 1 after a while far to many children at the pool at 1 time for the staff to control in the late afternoon and weekends parents no looking after the children they would rather just sit and watch as the staff try to keep them in order coffee shop not opening till 8 am when out and about early and would like a coffee and read the news papers
