Location, Good food in the restaurants, comfortable rooms 1-Even though I paid the premium room rate (Room 1504) checking in on the 15th floor took 30minutes. 2-I could not check out on the 15th floor and had to go down to the ground floor checkout desk. 3-the free drinks were limited to only a small selection. 4-the seafood restaurant did not serve seafood upon my request, but served seafood to a local UAE family (lobster, etc.). I had to settle for what was on the limited menu. When asking the waiter about it after we received our food, he stated I should place a special request for food not on the menu! (Poor business strategy, loss of income for hotel). Unable to order seafood at seafood restaurant is unheard of. 5- No air extract/air fresheners in the toilet cubicles in the guestrooms. |

The cake brought to the room was a really nice touch - I had said in an e-mail that the visit was for a special occassion and a cake was delivered. Thank you The balcolny had not been swept and was a bit grubby. The room was good and very tidy but the effect was spoilt by the balcolny. |

During booking, I requested 2 connecting rooms in a high floor. When I checked in, my request was already prepared, even though the hotel was full. Nice hotel with clean & large rooms. |

The views, especially the gardens now maturing well. The tranquility. The facilities. The buffet breakfast used to be much better. perhaps there were more people there and not enough staff / food to cope well? Also we arrioved after 3pm but had to wait till about 4pm for a room. |

The extremely friendly and helpful staff made our stay more personal and the rooms were large and comfortable so one could relax there as well as when enjoying the beach and pool. The top floor bar Astros was a disappointment although the staff were most welcoming. The hotel states that under 21 year olds are not allowed in its bars but there were young children in the bar when we arrived after 9 pm. |

The room was very spacious, clean. The bed and pillows were outstanding. In room and customer services were excellent. The beach had too much tart, even though the water was clear and the beach was clean. |

Friendly staff. Lovely surroundings. Well organised. Check-in was a nightmare. Room not ready. Then when we finally got our room there were no beds for our children. They then offered us 1 bed for the 2 children with no extra cost. I showed the booking to prove that I had booked for 2 children under 11 and they finally crammed 2 beds into our room. |
