We only stayed one night but the facilities were excellent. The only complaint was that we had a visit at 12.30 am from a man bringing complimentary fruit. The thought was nice but it would have been better if it had been left in the room rather than interupting us after we had gone to bed. |

clean and quiet place to stay if you have kids ,, the pool side is great and the swimming pools are big enough ,, the air conditioning was not working well and we ask them to fix it , they fixed the problem withen 15 minutes .. |

I enjoyed the hospitalinty in the royal club room. The wait staff was wonderful When I arrived at the airport and saw the person holding the Le Meridien Dubai hotel sign and approached for information about transportation, they were not helpful and told me I was not on their list. I proceede the taxi stand and took a taxi to the hotle however upon check out the change was on my bill. The receptionist in the royal reception area was helpful and removed the charge. We took an excursion to the city center using the lexus on ground and was chardged 30 drm which was more than the taxi charged for the same trip. Later teh manager was assiting us and said teh trip wuld cost 15drhms and we told him that someone inthe white lexus charges us 30 drms two days ago that is why we were using the metered taxi instead of the cars from the company. Some staff were exceptional and others made it clear that customer service was not important to them. |

This is a very nice hotel. Everything you need is there. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. The food is excellent and be sure to visit Meridian Village at the rear of the hotel for more fun. |

The staff was plesant and accomodating. The room was ready with a fruit basket, bed turned down and appeared very inviting. A warm and pleasant experience. Le Meridien will be "MY HOTEL" from now on if it is within my budget. |

Close to airport, friendly cleaning staff, room service, concierge and porters No information regarding any hotel amenities in room. Hotel receptionists were not friendly and tried to charge me for the rooms twice as they lost confirmation of payment. When they found the confirmation of payment, I received no apology. Also I was charged for taking drinks from the mini bar which I did not remove, I was later told that this was a mistake, it was the room next door. |
