Le Meridien is one of the most beautiful hotels in Dubai. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful and the location is very convenient to the airport. |

Convenience for the airport was high for us, however once we were picked up in the Le Meridien Car, our whole experience was wonderful. Indeed the hotel and the staff were so welcoming that we decided to ignore Dubai and relax and enjoy the facilities . Everything was first class, but the real icing on the cake was the upgrade of our room to 'Art and Tech' - fantastic design, comfort and convenience combined to really made our stay truly memorable. Dinner in Yaluma was excellent - the content/presentation of the buffet was magnificent, indeed better than a previous experence at Burj Al Arab. We enjoyed pre dinner cocktails in the Pearl Bar - with its very helpful staff who could readily engage in conversation with customers. The only issue we had, which was dealt with quickly and efficiently was a blocked drain in the shower causing a minor flood in the room. However by the time we returned from dinner there was no evidence at all that there had been a problem. The issue did not have any negative impact on our stay. |

The hospitality that the staff presented and the view and decoration of the hotel. Sheets needs to be cleaned properly and changed with new ones as the sheets are ripped of. Also, the bathroom style ad sinks must be changed and fixed. |

The accommodation is very good and the service is outstanding. Although it is beside the airport, the 4 pools and 17 restaurants make it feel like a resort hotel. |

Service excellent, staff attentive. Great food, wide choice of restaurants . Upgraded to superior club room, overlooking pool. Club facilities good, afternoon tea & canapes & cocktails included in the price. Excellent choice for accessibility to airport. New metro short inexpensive taxi ride away. Use metro to avoid Dubai traffic jams & access malls & other areas. |

The proximity to the airport was very good and the staff were courteous and helpful. The staff all had impeccable English. There were several things about the stay that disappointed me and I left feeling I didn't get value for money: the shower head didn't work, I had to pay for the "courtesy" bus to the airport (it is three times cheaper to get a taxi, depending on traffic) and it doesn't arrive at the termianl at regular intervals, I got a smoking room when I asked for non-smoking, there was a band playing until Midnight and I had trouble sleeping, the hot breakfast was an overpriced sausage and many small elements of my room were shabby and in need of replacement (eg the shaving mirror and bathroom ceiling). The hotel also dosn't offer rooms for day hire, which surprised me given that this is supposed to be an international/airport hotel. |

Staff were exceptionally helpful at all times. We booked a superior deluxe, twin room but when we checked in we were given a single room. We were not happy when they then gave us a `camp bed` and expected one of us to use that for a whole week. However, one phone call to reception and within five minutes we were moved to a much larger, twin room. For a five star hotel, I was disappointed that they would even have considered giving us a camp bed. |

The bed was comfortable Corridors all smelled of smoke. The "classic" room was dingy, and the promised fruit basket did not materialise. |

The swim up bar The 20% tax which is added after the quoted rate, it would be better to add this when price is quoted so you know where you stand. |

The club room is excellent. Very friendly staff, always a pleasure to stay there. The newly renovated club rooms are very nice but if you intend to go to bed early, be warned- the bass beat from the nightclub across from these rooms vibrates through the room till the early hours -we had to move at 2.30am. |
