location,facilities,clubs etc,. The hotel did have temperature controlled outside pool but not in working condition.n They did not provide me the room with corniche view as you had mentioned in the booking confirmation. |

Excellent rooms, staff extremely efficient and friendly. Good food, resonably priced. Swimming pool was very cold apparantly the heater was not working. On Friday the music around the pool was too loud (modern thumping trash) and not suitable to the guests sitting around the pool trying to read and relax. |

The Hotel is very central for accessing abu dhabi city and easy walking distance for most things. I think no adays people exspect free internet access both in the room as well as wifi in the public areas. |

The room was immaculate, and the sea view was breathtakig. The fixtures need to be updated. The keyless door didn't work well (had to swipe it really slowly) and the thermostat on the air conditioning didn't work. So one either froze to death, or had no air circulation in the room |

The staff were well versed in the details of the hotel. The location is right next to the Corniche in Abu Dhabi and is in the city center. |

I like the facilities that the hotel is offering. also it was very quiet, I wasn't disturbed at all during my stay. i didn't like the matress very much |

i thought and you guys have mentioned on the booking website that you all will provide free entrance to all the clubs what ever in royal meridien but it never happened because sax they accepted me into there club. i book this hotel suite basically is to celebrate my 26th b'day and thats the main reason i booked this room but they never took me to any of those clubs. after paying this much plus spending quite few at the premises i felt really bad when that happened im really disappointed in you guys so most probably next time i ll go something like Sheraton hope you willl understand what im saying plus i have ask and book for a sea view room you and you guys gave me a city view room |

The room was lovely and during our stay we recieved complimentary to our room a bottle of wine, a fruit bowl and a plate of pastries. My husband enjoyed the gym and we both liked lazing by the pool |

The room was very good with excellent bath room, breakfast was good Yes, there was a party on the swimming pool that lasted till 1.00 AM in the morning & the music was very loud to sleep specialy my room was viewing the pool |

The room was too cold and there was no way to reverse the airconditioner. It was too noisy because of the disco club at the hotel and the music was too much to bear. |

yes...the lounge for the royal wing should not be part of the main building hall..to me it should be part of the tower itself. I never seen such arrangment in any hotel. |

nice reception / lobby area. concierge was very helpful delays at front desk when checking in and checking out. The room interior is very dated (especially compared to the sheraton). i do not like having to stand in the bath in order to have a shower. |

The service/hotel staff are very good, was sent complimentary sweets a couple of times which is very thoughtful of them. The room is evry nice, and the view was beautiful as i had an upper floor suite booked which had a view of the new project island. none |

The swimming pool and the restaurant were nice. The hotel charged me extra money after the booking due to the changing of room rates during my stay which was unacceptable. And they should have at least informe me before they increasing the rates. |
