The parking attendece of the hotel and departures were very friemdly, The receiption staff were great. The room was very clean and spacious, i certainly recommend this hotel for any one who likes short city breaks.

I donot recommend the inroom dinning. I tried it and I was disappointed with it.

The bed

Hi i am always using Booking.com for my reservation and Royal Merdian is alwayes my first choice but what happend with me last time will make me think twice before making another reservation there because when i arrived to hotel there was no reservation by my name and the recepionest was very root to me and she asked me if i am smoking or no more than 5 times and she keept me waiting for 45 min .

I have been staying at the hotel every other weekend for the last few months and I like where the hotel is situated in relation to all other amenities, etc.

As I have said, I have used the hotel often and I still find that some of the 'ground' staff are very aloof and too business like in reception. It would be nice to be recognised and welcomed as a regular guest. Please, this is only an observation and not a critisism.

I like the quality of service the staff has given me. They are very accommodating and very helpful.

There was an adjacent door in my room. I'm quite surprised that it was slightly opened eventhough that there's a heavy cabinet that guards it. Also, it was a bit noisy to the room where I stayed.
