The staff was very helpful all throughout the stay. Room service was prompt. Good facilities were provided. Definitely will recommend to friends and go back myself. Might improve on the maintenance and painting of the room.

Nothing much. The rooms left a lot to be desired. For e.g. not even a welcome water bottle was available. In some other hotels, I have seen water bottles, tea bags, sugar, milk etc kept in the room in small quantities. Second the tv was old box type tv with only some arab channels available. I am an Indian and would have liked Indian and other english channels available on tv, plus there should have been a 32 inch LCD TV in the room.

Very convenient, nice apartmens, good location by the metro and all amenities ( Dubai developed great public transportation system anyways, so to be near the metro helps) Utensils, iron and such stuff is worn out, missing and so on...but hotel staff is very helpful to answer all your needs when asked. To have face towels in addition to the bath towels would be nice too.

location was good , they had free parking and free wifi. facilities were very bad, staff makes so much noice outside the room, it sounds like i was staying in the fish market, bed very bad, no intercom in the rooms. very very bad experience.

The reception was very welcoming and general cleanliness was maintained in the lobby. My room was just next to the admin room. so, throughout the night I could hear people going in and out. There were flies in my room, which kept bothering me all night. The room opposite to me had men, who kept their open while having dinner and were also drinking. It was very noisy. Also, there was some peculiar odour throughout the hotel. If I had to stay there for more than 1 night, it would have been impossible.

Location was a bit better Get it off your list, the room was way smaller then what is advertised. Internet was coming and going, the phone and intercom was not working, even for a small thing one had to walk to the reception.
