London Crown 1 Hotel Apartments  

Le personnel dans les étages est souriant et font le maximum avec peu de moyens

J'y ai séjourne pendant 5 jours du 26/12/11 au 31/12/11 et j'ai trouve l'hôtel sale et surtout les chambres très sales limite insalubres. Nous avons trouve des cafards dans la salle de bain et la cuisine. Le mobilier de cuisine est très sales. Nous n'avons jamais mange dans notre chambre. Nous avons été très déçu car le prix paye était tout de même significatif. Je vous déconseille fortement london crown 1 appartements. C'est un très mauvais souvenir

Check in was fast. Staff is friendly and can speak english and conversation was easy. Walking distance to Burjuman Mall. The staff gave us easy directions. Dhs 20 by taxi to Dubai Mall and also to airport upon departure. From airport to hotel it might cost a bit more. We came from Abu Dhabi and it cost us Dhs15 to Al Ghubaiba bus station in Bur Dubai. from here to the hotel the taxi cost is dhs 10. Overall our stay was pleasant.

I like the hotel being in my favorite area only " Bur Dubai"

Absolute dissatisfaction right from the moment I entered the hotel. The front desk staff was un welcoming. Typically receiving the guest as routine work. I had to wait for 30 min at the reception area to get either of the only two bell boys pick up my lagages. As I entered the appartment I thought I went into a time machine back in 1980's the furniture where absolute old style dal lights no any sense of being in a hotel worth the money I paid. The room was never near the images I found in booking.com. Moreover, the hygiene of the hotel is so poor not safe for baby's and youg child at all. Toilets where absolute crap by all means. The wash basin sink was too high for my Childs that I had to use the dinning room chair. They did not had even floor mates in the toilets. The ceiling of the toilets are about to fall. Frustrating that I had to wait for over three hours to get a baby court for my baby although we have requested that in advance online. Most and for all we found cockroach in the fridge and around the kitchen which made mine and my family weekend as worst as never. Unless this hotel go through a serious change over starting the management and staff members to the overall renovation, I do not recommend anyone to stay in London Crown 1 Hotel Appartment. Regards

A very cheap hotel apartments in the old area of the city. You can easily reach any point of Dubai.

The service is poor, the maintenance is awful, they don't provide good furniture and Russian channels that is absolutely strange for Dubai.

Privacy, Large rooms, and fully equiped kitchen

Small gym and pool. Service was okay, can be improved.

I liked on this hotel about Clean ad big room andthe most important was location of Bur Dubai near burjman center and the airport reached about 15 minutes.

The kitchen was a little clean on floor and remote control seems broken.

Poor service. I asked them to bring me an extra towel because they only got 1 towel in the shower but they only brought after two days. Upon checking out I called them to take our luggage but we ended up taking by our own.
