London Crown 1 Hotel Apartments  

La situation géographique. On est proche de pas mal d'endroit.Le personnel est compétant et sympathique. La grandeur des chambres. On avait 3 chambres avec 3 salles de bain bien équipés. La tranquilité,pas trop de bruit de circulation ou autre(on logeait au 6e étage).

L'équipement de la cuisine pas génial.Il manque de la vaisselle,du service,des ustenciles pour cuisiner ou même pour chauffer à part un micro onde qui sent très fort le "curry"! Les rideaux trop lourds et pas pratique. Manque de lumière. Le petit déjeuner n'était absolument pas à notre goût! Pas trop de choix pour un petit déjeuner occidental.Plutot des plats indiens.

The apartments were good well designed, spacious exactly upto our requirements in the perfect location we needed it

Service was pathetic. The reception would not call for taxi for us.bed bugs were spotted by us.after the rooms were cleaned there were spots of dirt found in the kitchen.at the reception they had no idea of any places around them.the bell boy was just wanting to sell us desert safari.very old furniture and fixtures were not functioning well.cockroaches in the kitchen.overall not a food wxperience

Nothing liked in the Hotel. Worst experience of my life. Had to wait long to get the key for the room as receptionist was talking to her friend on the mobile phone. Room was dirty and there was bad smell in the kitchen and washrooms.

Room apartment is well designed with free space iron and iron table are available Fridge capacity are sufficient Parking is available for the hotel gusts

There was no boiler or water cattle in the room to make tea or coffee Internet service per hour (as mentioned at your site) is not applicable, you are requested to be charged for the full day Internet usage in case you would like to use

Apart from the parking available, I didn't like anything. There were cocroaches in the bathroom & kithchen. The iron board was dirty & old. Just one box of tissue kept in the hall. There was no complimentary fruit basket & water. The hhalf bath was not flushed after urinating. Very cheap operation cost perhaps.

I am not happy with the servicse of hotel staff nor the the servicse of the hotel it self.

The location or details of room showing in internet is not exactly same in actual.

I will comment on the location of the hotel only. Location of the hotel is good. You're near to everywhere.

Hotel's receptionist is arrogant (night shift). Does not know how to entertain guests. As if he is the owner of the hotel. They need to develop their skills on how to entertain guests. Another experience was, their restaurant charge us for the breakfast that we did not order. If we did not complain, we will be paying for the bill that we did not consume. Staff are really dishonest and disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Nothing special. However I didn't find another place to stay in. Their internet service sucks. And guess what the security of their network is poor. Default password for switch/router/wifi admin/admin or cisco/cisco

The person at the reception informed me during the check in at 10.30 pm that the room 503 will be made ready, I found the sheet on the bed was not replaced as it had few body hairs on it and also some stains on it. This bedsheet should have been replaced with a new washed one. Complementary breakfast should have been provided.

Check in was fast. Staff is friendly and can speak english and conversation was easy. Walking distance to Burjuman Mall. The staff gave us easy directions. Dhs 20 by taxi to Dubai Mall and also to airport upon departure. From airport to hotel it might cost a bit more. We came from Abu Dhabi and it cost us Dhs15 to Al Ghubaiba bus station in Bur Dubai. from here to the hotel the taxi cost is dhs 10. Overall our stay was pleasant.

I like the hotel being in my favorite area only " Bur Dubai"

Absolute dissatisfaction right from the moment I entered the hotel. The front desk staff was un welcoming. Typically receiving the guest as routine work. I had to wait for 30 min at the reception area to get either of the only two bell boys pick up my lagages. As I entered the appartment I thought I went into a time machine back in 1980's the furniture where absolute old style dal lights no any sense of being in a hotel worth the money I paid. The room was never near the images I found in booking.com. Moreover, the hygiene of the hotel is so poor not safe for baby's and youg child at all. Toilets where absolute crap by all means. The wash basin sink was too high for my Childs that I had to use the dinning room chair. They did not had even floor mates in the toilets. The ceiling of the toilets are about to fall. Frustrating that I had to wait for over three hours to get a baby court for my baby although we have requested that in advance online. Most and for all we found cockroach in the fridge and around the kitchen which made mine and my family weekend as worst as never. Unless this hotel go through a serious change over starting the management and staff members to the overall renovation, I do not recommend anyone to stay in London Crown 1 Hotel Appartment. Regards
