I liked the Hotel's close proximity to the metro, the Burjuman Mall, the Dubai Creek and main roads for hailing taxis. The service provided by the hotel "bus" was also great to and from the airport. When we arrived the shampoo, gel etc..provided was only half full, and there was not a full roll of toilet paper. |

Comparing the amount they charge the service and facility in comarision is excellent. Breakfast is better quality than other comparitive hotels in the same price range. Free wireless Internet is provided, I do not know why other comments suggest there is a paid internet. I got free complimentary code. THanks Car parking in the basement is narrow, access to parking is not efficient. |

Clean spacious room with very good & comfy bed. Only 10 minutes walk to Khalid bin Waleed Metro Station & right next to Burjuman Shopping Centre. Complementary drop off to the airport but need to pay AED 20 per pax for airport pick up. Lucky during my visit there is Fox movie channel in my room. The room is provided with coffee making facility with 2 small bottles of drinking water, instant coffee, sugar, creamer & tea bags but lacking the refilling the stuffs during housekeeping. Every time we have to ask & remind the housekeeper or receptionist to refill the stuffs every time we leave the hotel for tour which is very annoying. Even the shampoo, shower bath & soap also need to be reminded everyday for refill. I suggest better you bring your own toiletries. Breakfast was too simple, should be more variety. I like the vegetable noodles but unluckily serve one time only in a week. |

The only positive thing about this hotel was its location receptionist knew nothing about customer service. He was very rude& wasnt willing to help in anyway. he gave us another person's booking for 1 night, where in fact our booing was for 2 nights. Then when we told him that this is not our booking he was like" its not my mistake"! instead of apologizing!! Also, we had a 1 yr old baby but there were no baby cots, not even a high chair at the poor restaurant downstairs. We asked the receptionist for a mattress or an extra bed for the baby to sleep, but he said he would charge us!! so we asked him to call the manager but he refused. and it took us an hour to check in and another 45 minutes to convince the receptionist to call his manager. shampoo in toilet was half full & used. terrible service. |

I liked the convenient location, i.e. close to the shopping mall and the Burjuman metro station. Breakfast only available as of 7:30am. I suggest one hour earlier. Water boiler in the rooms but not a single tea or instant coffee bag available.This complementary service could make a big difference at a low cost for the hotel. |

The staff were friendly and helpful. When we arrived we were upgraded to a suite which was perfect. Would definately recommend this hotel, value for money and easy access to train and creek. |
