All older children or adults are charged AED 160.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Location was in the middle of india went out and I was dresses in jeans and tee shirt but the indian men where just awful. Run down area guys so avoid this hotel. I orignally planned to stay only 2 days but booked longer by cc . At 2am I was coming back from club and was rudly shouted by a nightporter in front of about 10 men stood behind receiption that I needed to pay my bill I was so mad made me feel like a criminal So next day spoke to manager who was useless explained a note through my door would have been more acceptable. Then I am 100% certain that money was taken out of my safe which I also reported and they said noone apart from maid had gone in but I was definate because I counted it daily and wrote the amount down. Shit Hole . |

Spaciousness of rooms, reasonable buffet breakfast The time that it took to check in, almost 30 minutes! Not being moved to another room while a leak in the bathroom was being fixed. The tiny swimming pool. Minimal TV channels. |

the rooms are big and confrortable. Staff were friendly. We used the gym and the pool on the roof. We would definately use this hotel again :-) we had buffet breakfast but there wasnt much choice on the hot food. Although it was very nice |

The staff were really friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast was great. Could've done with refreshments in the room ie, tea/coffee & some munchies. Also reception staff couldn't route international calls through to my room and on a few occassions said my room number didn't exist to family and friends!! Music in the bar downstairs was rubbish - and you wasn't allowed to dance in there..whats all that about!! |

Friendly staff, good value for money, very big room, excellent location .I have no complains. Almost everything was excellent.(except pool program) Pool program(until 6 pm)(and an employee stays there all night so i think it wouldn t be hard to change the pool program |

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms are really spacious. The hotel is close to the airport, but also right in the city close to shopping. It is also close to the main bus routes. The rooftop pool access was at times limited. Only accessible when staff were around, otherwise door was locked. This may be due to extreme summer heat and therefore safety considerations. |

Very big rooms. Very comfortable. Bad isolation. Window did not shut properly and since you are in the middle of the city (right under the in-flight route of the airport as well), quite some noice during the night. |

the air conditioning, the breakfast, the shuttle from the airport to hotel only not the opposite , the shuttle to the beach and to the shopping center. bad position in the middle of the traffic, staff not helpful a lot, very noisy in the room from the street, the cleaning of the room was very late in the afternoon , the pool is very poor , the airplanes are so close to the hotel and make a lot of noisy day and night, the shuttle to the airport does not live at the right time of your flight so we went to the airport 5 hours before! |

Excellent food at the restaurants, very friendly staff. Check-in was slow but considering a large group arrived at the same time the reception staff handled it all very efficiently. More flexibility with beach and shopping shuttles is required. Very few people will spend 5 hours in one shopping mall between drop and pickup. |

All of the staff were very friendly. They were nice and chatty with me because I was on my own, which was nice. The pool was great as well - I had it all to myself for a lot of the time! View from my room not great but I was only in there to sleep anyway. |

A 4 star hotel. Very clean and freindly staff. a different (very good) selection of Buffet Breakfast every day. didnt mind airplane noice as most hotels would experience this. The Television reception was a poor quality. |
