Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse du personnel, constamment à notre écoute et totalement disponible. L'hôtel est idéalement situé et très facilement desservi par les taxis. Attention, il est préférable de se munir d'un plan détaillé de sa localisation car l'hôtel est récent et donc peu connu des taximen. Tous les équipements fonctionnent parfaitement mais la machine à laver ne permet pas de sécher le linge... L'étendoir n'est pas fourni ! |

Excellent hotel. Great location for metro, buses, coaches to other parts of UAE and waterbus to gold souk area. Breakfast very good and staff helpful at all times. Pick up at airport good. |

The location right across from Union Station, the metro's new main facility, was great. There is also a shopping/eating/entertainment area within walking distance. The staff was great and the facilities were as we expected. Upon check in, the bathroom floor was not very clean. We found hairs on the floor that were very obvious. We mentioned this to the desk and thereafter, it was very clean. In addition, the phone number on our confirmation from Booking.com was incorrect, making it impossible to arrange for the airport pickup as promised. |

The overall facilities provided at the hotel were fantastic and the staff were great and very helpfull throughout our stay.special thanks to the swimming pool attendant who taught our daughter to swim in 4 days.I have been travelling to Dubai for 13 years and have stayed in 4 & 5 star hotels,but this was perfect and I would recommend this to everyone in the UK and across the Globe. The breakfast could have more variety in relation to Indian/ Pakistani dishes |

the location is really good For me, the hotel doesn’t worth staying. There was an incident of a drank person nicking rooms doors and even tried opening one of the room. The gust was totally upset and called the police and the hotel staff were trying to cool him down (after the fact) but he was true. I also noticed a very poor staff and room service The elevators are very slow and you might need a while until an elevator reach you . |

|The appartment has great space.T|he kithchen fully eqipped. Mr. Puna at reception was really very kind and provide full of assistance THe hotel does not have Steam path and sauna. The TV signals not stable.Y|ou should ask for the check list for kitchen equipment once you check in, otherwise you will be questined of missing items which was not avaliable originally i.e Mr. Hani was thoough I have take the coffe maker with me whwn Ichecked out which bsically was not avalably |

The hotel is located in the mid of the city, has a private parking and rooms size are good for family and for long stay as well. Cleaning is every 2 days, make sure to take your passport while check out |

The check-in procedure was very smooth,and staff were very friendly. Be carefull of pressing the internet button on the tv remote control, as u will be charged dh 45. The wifi internet access in room is very weak or not available. |

The hoel is fitted with new furniture and bathrooms are first class. However, the response of housekeeping to fit the electricity took more than 12 hours. Great experience in the dark!!! Poor response to compliants. |

All the staff were courteous We had reconfirmed our booking through telephone and also requested for a late check out which was confirmed by the reservations but while checking out the FO could not find out any info on that. When contacted the reservation dept flatly denied this was pathetic. |
