Lotus Grand Hotel Apartments  

First of all I'm always booked on this hotel apartment and I see no improvements on the rooms at all, the rugs, bathrooms floor and the furniture are old and dirty. They are keeping old tv's not clear and not have enough channels or outputs like hdmi and without remots. Lighting was bad and reasons was not acceptable at all because they can use the new led technology or energy saving to reduce heat and bills?. They should provide every room with extra bellows and blankets were should be kept in each room cupboards and they should not say we are sorry we don’t have right now if they want to get more clients because they can buy more and put it anywhere in the hotel. They should ask whether the payment will be cash or through the booking insert card information, a lot of things will let me rethink to visit this place next time and I hope their management will take these points very seriously if they want to avoid any loss to their clients and overall not everything about money so they should improve to get something equal to their money which will they get from our buckets which is 'satisfaction'.

It is a decent place for a family to stay in. The apartment was spacious, good decor, and very comfy. Next to the building you can find practically all the facilities you want such as grocery shop, restaurants, money exchange, and laundry.

All the hotel staff were unfriendly and their service was very very very slow. It takes them ages to respond to whatever you are asking for especially at the time of check out in the afternoon. Internet is not free. On the last day we noticed a cockroach in the apartment.

Good location & spacious room.

Very poor staff service as well as room service. Poor food quality for breakfast.For the same price you will get a better hotel somewhere else in the city.

Good location. Family style, clean and equiped with all your needs.

The lower floor you may find undesireable visitors coming from the bathroom. Internet charges too high. I think internet should be part of hotels free services and it should be included as hotel rating. Even at the reciption area or lobby is chargable.

I like the rooms with an additional guest toilet.

There is a need for the hotel to have weight scale for measuring luggages. The gym need to be open for 24hrs for those who like privacy.

Clean and very big apartment nice acommodation

The location and proximity to most of Dubai and the courteousness of the staff.

the design and comfort was good specialy with family of two adults and four childrens. the hotel staff were also pleasent.

It value for money. Make sure one hires a car from the airport.

The house keeping in the hotal is poor , they are not cleaning the rooms every day , if you call them they will came and remove the basket only, and you need to call again to clean the partment and they came next day. The Wafi (internet ) is expensive and some time not working t

Spacouis rooms and parking facilities

Not welcoming reception especially short Arabic man with no head hair, I should pay total amount while check in, otherwise, I will not get the room whatsoever I did which is really unacceptable and rude behavior, The price resembles 5-star hotels but the hospitality fall to 2-stars category and worst Needs to grow up to meets competitors standards
