quiet, family-oriented, alcohol-dry and spacious apartments.

small single beds, the breakfast is below average, they don't clean the rooms on a daily basis, the charges of internet is a rip-off

T.V are not LCD and there are no enough channels. small beds also no extra blanket unless you bay. no enough lights, internet expensive

Excellent Location, Clean Rooms, Large Space, Good Breakfast, Comforable Beds, Good car parking, shopes close to the hotel, you can buy anything in working distance ..

Very very very poor service, there was no towels in the toilet, i called 3 times asking for 6 towels, they brought only 5!!, i called again for toilet tissue, no answer!!!, if you need something from reception or room services you have to beg them as if they are doing a free favor for you !!!!!

the hotel is near by shopping malls and the quality of food was good. the rooms are quite wide .

1.the room was not ready although i have mentioned in my reservation, (late arrival ) . the kitchen was not cleaned ifound rotten food on the fridge. extra blanket not provided when i have requestd for 1 exra blanket .

the standard of hotel is high comparing to others with the same rate. i enjoyed my stay with my family. breakfast is great. i will try to stay again in this hotel if there is a chance

The appartment is very big and it is very good for a big family.

The extra bed was expensive

This is a great hotel by all means. This was the first time we'd bring our 4y son together with us abroad, so we were quite reserved. However, this hotel surpassed our expectations. The kitchen is fully geared, there is a spacious living room allowing you to relax without disturbing your sleeping child next room, the building is modern, there is no particular distraction but some overflying planes occasionally, the place is clean, there is free parking for your car, and the staff are doing their best. There is a grocery store just opposite the corner as well. Finally, it is located close to the airport and offers free shuttle service. Altogether, great value for money.

The room service is actually every two days but given the price and space of the rooms this is probably understandable. The wired DSL line in the room is slow for a hotel of this class, but having stayed at 4-5 different places in Dubai on business and leisure, I can say there is an issue with the hotel internet speed everywhere. Finally, if you drive your own car it may get particularly difficult to reach the hotel given the traffic and complexity around its spot.

Free breakfast, but simple and repeated menu.

They snuck up in our flat while we were out and removed the additionnal bed we requested for our 3rd kid. We came back late night and had to fight management to get the extra bed back (wich cost 150 dirhams, 1/4 of the room rate???) , as if we were beggers.

The location, and the friendly staff

out dated but clean, rooms big and spacious, breakfast was bit lacking but still good enough. all in all for the price it was a good stay !

the rooms are very spacious and comfortable

the cleanliness and house keeping of the rooms. i have no problem with alternate days of cleaning but at least vacuum and sweep the place and at a reasonable time of the day, not at 7 in the evening

Good Hotel. Nice spacious rooms. Close proximity to the airport and souks. Plenty of undercover parking.

Housekkeping only services once every alternate day. They should service everyday.
