hotel staff are trying the best to help you (any how and any time) they are polite beds are extreamly noisy and king bed matress not comfortable (me and my wife got back pain), the baby cot is very dirty and unsecure for baby?!!, open buffet very poor food quality! |

every thing is perfect the check in was at 1400 we arrived at 1515 and we waited like 45 minutes to have the room ready for us we had the key at 1600 everything was perfect once we checked in |

Very spacious, nice finishes, Comfortable apartment The room was cleaned only once every 2nd day. The kitchen is a bit too dimly lit. The emergency stairway access next to the lifts are very poorly lit at night. |

the staff were very helpful, the apartment was large with everything that we needed. it was clean and had all the bedroom,kitchen and bathroom linen that we needed. it even had a washing machine. the food was great for breakfast and if we wanted something that was not on the menu then they were only too hapy to oblige. The location was a bit of a worry. a lot of very shady establishments in the area but the hotel was very protected. |

The spacious living room and the kitchen. Two bathrooms and a toilet for two bedrooms apartment is not bad at all. A washer and an iron are provided, aside from a DVD player. We could always find a parking space. We were charged twice for using two laptops on the same line at the living room and the master bedroom which is crazy, they clean on alternate days, they don't allow you to bring in friends or night visitors, the TV sucked for its size and quality of channel reception, the breakfast was the worst I had, I wanted to slap the pool guy for his rude tone when dealing with us, I'm not gonna stay here again that's for sure. And on the cleaning, they clean around afternoon only I think. And their beds and covers really need to be replaced. The internet was slow and expensive for 75 Dhs per day and its wired only. The hallways were dim as hell, it looked very strange walking in the dark at daytime. |

spacious accommodation and friendly, helpful staff; rooftop pool a quiet and secluded spot close proximity to airport - approx 200m from runway, no direct lift access to the pool, had to carry a wheelchair and huest up 20+ stairs and this despite being assured by the hotel prior to arrival that it was completely wheelchair accessible |

When I reserved the hotel the price was 400 AED per night but when I arrived to hotel the rciption asked 480 AED. They said 20% of price is not included at first price. I think it's not fair and shoud to fix that. |

I liked the good reception of the hotel staff at first. Also , the accomodations was excelient as wiell as the swimming pool and other facilities . Arranging tours and sightseeing were very good. What I do not like is the noisy airplanes taking off from the nearby airport and also high music and dance taking place in other rooms guests at the hotel. Thanks |

Location of the Hotel was very accessible, and the facilities of the hotel were nice.. nice Gym, Pool, and Breakfast was diverse and excellent. Well worth the money. Took sometime to wait for my apartment to be ready at check in. |

The 3 bedroom apartment is realy spacious and very convenient for big family, the aircoditioning system is cold and good.parking area is convenient but need to be organized, and marked for each side of the apartments.clean building. My room was not available, although i have confirmation from hotel two nights prior to my arrival, i had to wait untill the room is vacant.duity mgr proposed to split my family into two different apartments,which i refused,and i insisted in one apartment for all. i believe there is a common problem with house keeping for all guests, they are not doing any cleaning,dirty towels were put back on the shelf although it was in the bath tub and to be replaced.bedsheets,linings never been changed for the whole stay,cleaning on alternate days.TV channels were boring,not good choices.anything additional you reques is chargable,such as additional blanket.breakfast was not satisfactory at all.maybe the hotel is to big for them to manage!!! |

The period of our stay at the Lotus Grand Hotel Apartments was a time of great comfort and relaxation. It was a' Home away from Home' in all ramifications. The non availability of Nigerian Menu since we are many Nigerians lodged in the Hotel. |
