Lotus Grand Hotel Apartments  

The staf and the rate of price is very good.

The first thing clean is not every day The second thing is most of apartments kitchen is not having the all equipment For example I was bay knife to using it for my stay in the hotel

Intrnet is bad signal in the room and you have to pay for that

Receiption staff being ready to assist you with a smile. JayRaj in particular was exceptional cooperative and helpful with a smile on his face.

Location was close to my inlaws. Staff was willing to help.

They did not replace old towels with new. Toilets were not disabled friendly. WIFI too expensive. Hotel is a bit old.

Noisy, filthy towels, no house keeping, 2 of the 3 bathrooms have no hot water, under staffed and nothing to admire, even the T.Vs are from the early 90s!

rooms well over due a refurbishement.Had to ask to get room cleaned after staying there 3 days..Wifi very slow. generally very let down by apartments.

we stay like at home with washing machine, kithenete mini super market arround and free parcking. pick up service from airport,

I like the location and the shoping area around the hotel all are walking destance like bakery, supermarket, spa, ladies hair dresser, metro. So it really nice and quite for family to stay in .

1- the appartent cleaning is every 2 days and not daily bases. 2- the internet is too costly , it should be free. 3- the luby lights are too dim, like sleeping room, they should make it more bright.

Travilling with the family . The staff was friendly and helpful.

The rooms were fairly clean , but housekeeping needs to be improved. The furniture were old and making noise. The cable TV and channels are not so great.

Size of the apartment is good

the price of the internet is too expensive and it's only for one person

I loved the hotel apartment-it was way more than I had expected and my family was very pleased too! The service was excellent as we were in transit and had only one night and the manager there managed to get us an exellent driver who showed us around patiently whilst we were open mouthed at the pure opulence and scale of Dubai! Had a great time truly!!
